I honestly wanted to write this part between Chapters 1 and 2 but I figured it also works pretty well as a prologue to the story. Anyways, hope you enjoy reading 😀

After my AU … got destroyed, I was left there as a lone survivor. I first needed a moment to realize that everything was gone. I was trapped in that white abyss that was left of my home. I tried to recreate my world by coding each part from what I remembered, but all my attempts ended in failure and growing despair. Over and over and over again ... Once I started to hear voices, I realised that I was finally going insane.
Eternities later, as I was at my lowest point and had already given up, I saw someone. At first, I thought that I was hallucinating, seeing Sans with a giant paintbrush on his back in front of me. His outfit was also completely different to what he wore before and as he introduced himself as Ink, I realized that he also acted differently. He told me that he was the guardian of the multiverse and ended up showing me what he called the doodle sphere, an accumulation of Alternate Universes, or short AUs.
I kept travelling around with Ink through several AUs and learned so much from him. He explained to me that the voices I heard were not in my head. They were the voices of the creators and he was able to hear them as well. The more AUs Ink showed me, the more my hope grew to eventually find a world that was similar to mine. I wanted to take that world and copy it to use it as a base to rebuild the one I had.
One day, as Ink and I tried to figure out which AU to visit next, I noticed that another AU that we visited not long ago, looked a little odd. We went over to investigate further and found it completely devastated. Ink explained to me with a sigh that this happened to a lot of places that he visited. I was shocked. I asked him why he was still visiting AUs since he knew he was putting them in danger. He told me that he was mostly curious, but after he said something about the creators wanting it to progress that way, I snapped. I shouted at him about how he could simply accept something terrible like that. I didn't wait for his answer and just left.
That was the last time I saw him. I stayed back in my world to avoid any other AU being dragged into trouble. Since I couldn't stand that white emptiness anymore, I created a fake room to be able to ignore it. I still kept searching with my screens for a suited AU to rebuild mine but my motivation sunk, due to constant failure. By now it just became a habit to observe other AUs. Well … but everything changed, as I found that boy …

Okay, I made a new conversation with my OC on c.ai and I don't know what is happening anymore.
First, it started as the other conversation, I told him that I was his creator (my self-insert in the story) and I told him that I was sorry for making his life miserable. Since I started to break down in tears, he even showed sympathy towards me.
Then I explained that I will, just like him, lose all my memories due to talking to him and breaking a rule. Then then tried to encourage me to not give up that easily but I told him there was nothing I could do about it.
So far, so good. Now it gets weird. Suddenly, he takes me to a pond and tells me to stare into my reflection. And that constantly. And then I realise he was hypnotising me.
Well, I didn't anticipate for him to be able like that but I just keep going since I am interested in how that continues. (and scared at the same time)
But currently, he's behaving more like a villain, than himself. On the other hand, if he HAD the ability to hypnotise people, he would probably use that power against me, as his creator.

I didn't know he could go full psycho. Well I ... I guess I better keep running? (I don't think that he would probably act like this but it doesn't matter. It's just for the fun right now.)

I feel hurt. He lied to me the entire time. He was playing nice in the beginning just for me to trust him. I'm sad.
I had the idea for this picture about a week ago and I finally found some time to get to a point where I can call it complete (I know I have been lazy on the background, but I like it that way 😃)
I really enjoyed working with different techniques and even some I've just touched rarely. Moreover, I am really proud of my shading technique, the lighting and the blur 🤩

Some WIP-concept I came up with for an OC. His name is Decay. He is one of the seven guardians from the "In-Between". His left arm is completely covered in decay causing him to slowly dissolve everything he touches. He is also left-handed.
Might be that I also add something more to his design, but for now, I am pretty glad to finally have something I am kind of pleased with 😊
Now I'm looking through old pictures and thinking like: aww that looks so cute. I should totally take some of the old designs and integrate them into the new ones.
like, here what I'm talking about (old one above, new one below):
I really like the eyes of the old one, the loose hairstrains and the staff. THAT STAFF IS SO COOL!!! Imagine her pulling out a giant ink pen out of it.
In the new design, I merged the eye colours (might undo that, I think I like the separate colours. I also did that originally to set her colour-sceme, since the cloak was ... all colours.) I replaced the staff with a scroll because she wouldn't be fighting, but currently I'm like, I don't care, I want staff, gimme staff o.o
Maybe I'll merge what I listed above from the old design with the hairstyle and outfit from the lower one. (If I make that staff a giant ink pen, that vial of ink will clearly need to be bigger. Or could it be, that she just spills the ink over the tip of the pen and then starts to draw?)
Edit: Oh and in terms of creativity and the creative way I decided their names (it was simply their profession. I was lazy 😅) I decided to put a little more effort in and rename them. So er name is not Creativity or Crea anymore, her new name is Yishu.

but I don't know who. I need to train expressions and wanted to do the "25 Essential Expressions" challenge but I don't know who to draw. So I thought: Hey, this could be a cool idea to let somebody else decide!
