Every time I tell myself that an imagine is almost done I end up writing a thousand more words and then I have to write five thousand more to wrap up the storyline and then I decide to add more detail and the process endlessly continues

Okay picture this: Long ago their ancestors all lived in a wealthy kingdom. The king at the time was an ancestor of The Boyz. The ancestors of Ateez and Stray Kids were highly regarded in the kingdom as they had been lifelong friends of the king. They were known for being kind souls. They would help out those of lower class whenever they could, give money if someone was in need; they were beloved.

But the king soon grew jealous of how much his people loved the ancestors of Ateez and Stray Kids. The king felt threatened by their popularity.

And so, he banished both groups’ ancestors from the kingdom, leaving them to fend for themselves. The ancestors of Ateez and Stray Kids at first worked together to survive, but then drifted apart due to difference in opinions and inner conflict. The Ateez legacy travelled to the deep forest, Stray Kids’ legacy to the mountains. All learned to fight and they were good at it. It was necessary to survive.

Ateez and Stray Kids themselves were raised to hate The Boyz’s kingdom. All throughout their lives they were told stories about the king had betrayed their trust and shamed their ancestors.

Ateez decided they had enough and planned to overthrow The Boyz’s kingdom, taking what they believed was rightfully theirs. Knowing they couldn’t do it alone, they sought out Stray Kids to help them fight. Stray Kids agreed, all now planning to avenge their ancestors and take the throne.

Little did they know, The Boyz were trained to fight too, in fear that one day the groups that the late king kicked out would come back.

All three groups were prepared to fight, and none of them cared if blood was shed.

Thinking about adding publish dates to every fic I’ve written so you can see my progress or maybe I’ll even redo a few of them from when I first started writing bc I went back and read a few and wow they are very not good-

In case no one has told you today; I’m proud of you. You’re trying your best and that’s admirable. Your best always looks different from day to day. Maybe you got out of bed and brushed your hair one day, maybe you finished an essay another. I don’t know you, but I feel you. I’m happy that you’re here and I’m proud of you. I bit my lip, anxiously mulling over the question I’d wanted to ask him for weeks. I didn’t know how he would take it, let alone how I would bring it up, but I needed to ask at some point. Knowing he could probably sense my nerves, I gave in. “Jongho, can a human turn into a vampire?”

He hummed, turning to face me. “Why do you ask?”

“I just...I didn’t know if it could happen or not.”

Jongho chuckled, “Yeah it’s possible. It’s a long ass process to go through though, and there’s a lot that can go wrong, so it rarely happens.”

I shifted in my seat, trying not to appear overly interested. “Why is that? What can go wrong?

He smiled and raised a brow, his cocky persona resurfacing, “You sound so eager to know, dear. Do you want to become a vampire?” His eyes briefly flickered towards my lips before he tilted his head, dragging his soft lips across my neck. I let out a gasp when I felt the tips of his teeth lightly scraping my skin, “Or maybe you’re just looking for an excuse for me to put my mouth on you?”

Like with anything that exuded him, I felt myself becoming quickly overwhelmed, my mind now hazy and distant. I shut my eyes in an attempt to gain some semblance of control over myself.

“Your thoughts are swirling, doll.” Jongho began leaving gentle kisses along the side of my jaw, “Don’t think too much. Just let me take care of you. Okay?”

“Okay.” I said through a short breath, knowing we’d just have to have the conversation another time.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO RANT ABOUT THIS.

⚠️SPOILERS AHEAD⚠️

So okay.

Si and Shancai decided to go on a sort of food strike in order to show Si’s mom that they love each other and have no purpose without each other. Si is locked up in his room by his mom and Shancai remains unmoving outside his house. Si’s mom refuses to give in until Yuanzi (the girl Si’s mom was trying to force him to marry) tells her that she will never marry Si.

Si’s mom finally sees how much they love each other and lets Shancai into Si’s room. At that point, it had been days since either had had food or water. Shancai walks into Si’s room and they see each other. Shancai walks towards Si and collapses. She dies from starvation. Si dies shortly after, from lack of food and water yes, but from a broken heart.

Everything that happens after takes place in a parallel universe. The girls that were mean to Shancai in the first universe weren’t mean to her in the next one, hence why they were at her wedding with Si and why Si’s mom was so accepting of the two being together.

Earlier in the show, Si and Shancai mention that they’d be together in the next life, too. If you notice, there are two scenes in which Si and Shancai are together and playfully running though grass. The first one is in Shancai’s dream, before they die. Pay attention to their attire. The second scene shows Shancai wearing Si’s jacket from that scene. It’s both an Easter egg and something to tie the universes together.

Also, depending on how you pronounce Si in Mandarin Chinese, it can mean death. The most direct translation of Si to English means the number four (F4 sound familiar?). Four is a traditionally unlucky number due to how close the pronunciation is to death.

Essentially, it’s a modern Romeo and Juliet but with parallel universes and 100x better because hot boys.

If you want me to go into detail explaining the wedding scene I totallyyy can and I totallyyy will. I love that show more than most people.
