Trans regressors are 100% valid, plus size regressors are 100% valid, alternative regressors are 100% valid, all regressors are 100% valid. Age regression is not one size fits all, age regression is a coping mechanism and sometimes trauma response. Not one persons regression will ever be someone else’s just be kind to others and don’t be mean!

Shout out to my fellow regressors who don't like the usual foods everyone always recommends!! I'm not a fan of mac n cheese and dino nuggets, which most food rec posts contain, I eat more "adult/healthy" things when regressed and I LOVE to cook and can do so without much trouble, even things like grilling and using a stove/oven :)

I know there's definitely other regressors who don't like that stuff too (not to mention the vegan/vegetarian regressors, and the ones with food allergies/those whose disabilities prevent them from eating certain things too!!) and I just want everyone to know that no matter what you eat, you're completely valid!!

imagine having a regression nursery, a place where no one can judge you or tell you that you’re wrong.. equipped with either a fun kids bed like a princess bed or a car racer bed, or a crib. a mobile safely there for you, crib accessories, comfy blankets and stuffies to kiss you goodnight. glowing stars stuck neatly along the ceiling, tiled foam mat on the floor. shelves full of pacis, bottles, sippies, diaps, toys all there organized for your comfort. it smells like your comfort scent and your comfort show is always playing. it’s safe, all for you.

It is okay if you apply to any or all of those things and more. If being little makes you feel safe and loved, it is okay if what you like is different from another person your age. Everyone regresses differently, and your way is always going to be okay! 🤗
