Working my way up the body, in chakras!
To heal your chakra, work through the emotional issues listed under the overactive/underactive. Include some foods or scents in your daily diet/routine. Say the mantras a few times a day, with meaning (modify them to your taste and by your intuition). You can also always just meditate on the location and imagining a bright light that is the color of the chakra on its corresponding place on the body.
What is it:
The root chakra is the first chakra in the body chakra system (the seven main chakras). It sits at the base of your spine, near the tailbone. It is in charge of feelings of security, survival needs, and protection. It connects you to the element of earth.
Color:
Red, anywhere from deep to bright, depending on the person.
