So aside from this being one of my favorite moments on the album (I was not a swiftie when og fearless was first dropped so I’m late to the party on how fantastic this outro is), I’m surprised I haven’t seen anything about this (maybe I’m late on this too, but I’m surprised that this wouldn’t be some of gaylor 101 introductory evidence):
1) female pronoun that is not even couched in the “male POV” and
2) this parallel to an iconic sapphic interpretation of Tim McGraw?!?
This outro from Other Side Of The Door is a call back to TM and with its female pronoun it corroborates the theory that in Tim McGraw, Taylor isn’t listing memories (one night when she’s wearing a little black dress and another night when she is wearing a pair of jeans), but rather describing one single scene, where she is wearing blue jeans and resting her head on the chest of the other person (a girl), in a little black dress.
This is an important puzzle piece?!
But wait SR, what if, WHAT IF, KK attends SNL tomorrow because they actually met in the Red era and it’s the 13th! I will literally die, dead 💀 like my soul will leave my body, if she makes an appearance at the show or the after party.
C’Mon Taylor honor your vow and be over dramatic to commemorate the day you met your lover! 🥰 we have full faith in you!!!

The visuals in this scene are clear references to a moment in Frozen 2 where Elsa makes a major transformation.
Elsa is singing the song "Show Yourself." The lyrics are very reminiscent of Taylor's "meet me at midnight" sentiment.
I have always been a fortress
Cold secrets deep inside
You have secrets, too
But you don't have to hide
The song builds and builds with the theme of meeting your true self.
The scene shows Elsa aligning all the jewels just right while singing "don't make me wait one moment more!"
And the entire world opens up
It is at this point that she transforms.
Show yourself
Step into the power
Grow yourself
Into something new
You are the one you've been waiting for
All of my life
All of your life
Oh, show yourself
So let's assume the sparkle represents Taylor's true self (as she's shown us again and again in other mvs) and the cloak references reputation (using a self made shield to hide your true self), then on floor 3 she removes the cloak and affixes larger colorful jewels directly to her body. When she enters floor 5, she's already super confident and dripping in diamonds.
My theory is that Taylor will transform herself in the public's eye during the Speak Now tv, to allow her to fully step into 1989 tv era with confidence, and as her true self.
…so was this a fifth tear easter egg? 😂
SHE SHINES ME UP LIKE GOLD ON MY ARM
I LOVE TO SEE HER FACE IN DAYLIGHT
THAT THE LOVE IS REAL
THAT THE SHOE MIGHT FIT
Did you ever realize how in the Lover video Taylor 'lassoed' her lover like a cowboy would do? And then how Karlie posted on IG 6/25/19 "My Cowboy" (wyoming stunt that had a bunch of rich business people there, not friends), and then the Lover video came out on 9/22/19 so Taylor was nodding to that? How Karlie's a cowboy like her, conning all the rich folks? I swear to god these women! They've got some tricks up their sleeve, takes one to know one! Bandits riding away into the sunset.
😳 Remember on the Wyoming trip when Derek posted that video of Katy singing ‘one of these things is not like the other’ in a country voice and then panning to Karlie on a horse? Then the YNTCD video with Katy and Taylor coming out days prior on June 17th?
