Yeah, I already made a whole post about that mess. It's kinda sad we won't really get to see this dynamic again where he was all cute and helpful. I wish we could, but I'm not too hopeful it will. Fortunately and unfortunately, this is why we have fanfiction.

I miss it where he was this gentle guide who playfully reprimanded her for stuff but still ultimately had a sweet spot for her. He still does but now he's gone down the way of the yandere.

I may ship these two but whoooo doggy does Hanako need someone to smack him with a relationship book.

I really like revisiting the earlier chapters after reading the newer ones because it helps give new perspective on the earlier interactions of these two.

The way how Hanako speaks to Yashiro, even from the beginning of their partnership, is so cute and sweet in a way I don't know how to explain. Sure, he's definitely still a jerk at times, but the general manner in which he interacts with her makes me smile like an idiot.

I like how he's not even angry or too upset with her, he's simply like, "Stop the cap. Just fess up and I'll help."

I can't help but find it so ridiculous how Hanako literally planned for Aoi to die and yet they're both having a normal conversation as they're going to the existential version of nowhere.

A part of me legit wants to see an alien x human female couple in media where the alien learns about periods, and they're just frantically caring for their female human s/o and desperately trying not to mess anything up because they've literally never heard of menstruation, but feel completely horrible about the fact their s/o suffers through it.

Alien: You're telling me that for seven days each month, you're subjected to immense agony, bleeding, and intense emotional change?

Fem Human: Yeah, pretty much.

Alien: And there's utterly nothing I can do to remove these forthcoming events?

The fact that Mitsuba actually looks so happy about it at the end of the panel is so cute, I can't. And the fact that Kou actually listens to what Mitsuba likes---Kou is such a wholesome potato. Why did AidaIro have to make these two so loveable?
