bless op for this!!
I suffer from chronic migraines and medication sometimes only helps a little but this worked wonders!!
I made some slight adjustments that worked for me:
I added Eucalyptus to the mixture because it just felt right.
Instead of tea bags on my eyes, I just made myself a cup of mint tea (I’m always weary about putting tea bags on my eyes idk just a me thing)
I let a washcloth soak a little bit in the mixture (a minute nothing crazy) and placed it on my forehead once the temp was cool enough to touch
Just making the mixture and smelling it already relieved my pain. Relaxing in the bath and sipping on the tea made my migraine manageable.
Bless the person who sent me this, this may just be my new go to! ♡︎
So I just finally got rid of 75% of my migraine (it’s at tolerable levels now)
Ingredients: -Lavender -Rosemary -Mint optional: mint tea bags I boiled the ingredients in about 2 cups of water for 5 minutes and poured it into a hot bath. For the tea bags I steeped them in the bath water and put them over my eyes.
Super helpful and it’s the first remedy I’ve found that works for my migraines.
i couldn’t just stop with the “common” variety of Mooshroom, so i doodled the brown variant as well! ………and then another Mooshroom and her baby as well so the first duo would have friends to hang out with.
as with the previous Mooshroom and Mooblooms that i posted, these darlings will be available as prints, buttons, and stickers on my Redbubble, so please check out my pinned post for a link!
honestly, if you don’t know why something is part of your craft, maybe it shouldn’t be there.
if you don’t understand why you cleanse a space, why are you doing it? are you cleansing away something that might be necessary to that space? if you have no connection to the wheel of the year, why celebrate the sabbats and esbats?
there are so many witchcraft resources and books that will just dump a whole load of unsourced things into your craft, and when you’re just starting you might feel like you need to build your craft up quickly, take on all these things. but it’s important to examine every aspect of your craft, whether it’s deep research of a few minutes of contemplation.
if you don’t know how it got there, or if it should even belong there at all, maybe you need to marie kondo that shit
i haven’t posted my art in awhile because i haven’t had any motivation to draw but ya girl is joining another dnd campaign so that means another character drawing. Meet Velphi ♡︎

What You Will Need:
An Apple (for cleansing away negativity)
A Knife
A Sigil in Mind for Healing
Directions:
Use your knife to carve your sigil into the surface of the apple. I used one of my own: x
Once you have carved your sigil into the apple, begin to eat the apple. As you eat, think of the thing that has hurt you that you want to move past. Focus on how moving forward will improve your life.
As you chew the apple, imagine you are crushing that thing that is bothering you. When you swallow, know that you are taking in the healing properties of both the apple and the sigil.
Don't rush it! Take your time and try to eat as close to the core as possible before throwing the apple (and that thing holding you back from healing) away.

I think that witchcraft is one of the best ways to learn how to love yourself and trust yourself. It's one of the greatest forms of self care.
