Artwork depicts the scene Mayerling in Elisabeth das Musical (Takarazuka 2014). Standing in the middle of the picture is Rudolph with a gun to his head (although seemingly unwillingly or at least guided by the strings attached to himself in a marionette fashion) with a nervous smile, behind him Der Tod's upper body, head, and hand can be seen. Der Tod's hand looks to be "controlling" Rudolph's movements, his expression being a cocky smile. Behind the characters is the set for Mayerling, with a spotlight directly shining upon the prince himself, taking center stage. There is text in Japanese at the bottom of the picture that reads, "Do you wish to die?"
