Five-year-old Mariam,๐with her bright pink backpack and tiny hands clutching a red rose, was ready to head to her KG2 class. It was a Saturday morning, October 7, and Mariam was filled with excitement and pride for reaching the next stage of her education. She wanted to surprise her kind teacher with that little rose. But in an instant, her world โ our world โ was torn apart.
Without warning, the skies filled with the sounds of explosions. The joyful morning turned into a nightmare of dust, fear, and destruction. Her preschool was shattered, her teacherโs life taken, and our neighborhood became a place of ruin. That single day marked the beginning of a relentless assault on Gaza โ a place where childhood dreams, laughter, and innocence were erased in moments.
I am Khaled Ismail, a 41-year-old father, and my wife Rasha is 32. We live in Gaza with our three children. Our youngest, beautiful Mariam๐, is just five years old. Our eldest, Walid, 12, is a boy full of dreams, always hoping to become an inventor. And in the middle, thereโs Karim, our 10-year-old, whose laughter and jokes used to brighten our darkest days.
But the war has left scars that words cannot heal. The day of the first airstrike changed everything. Rubble covered their toys, and black dust filled the air. The sound of my childrenโs cries mixed with the chaos of families running for their lives. We left our home that day, desperately searching for safety. But every step, every shelter, brought only more destruction.
For a year now, we have been displaced, moving from one place to another, only to be met with more violence. Today, our home is nothing more than a frail tent. It offers no shelter from the burning heat of summer or the biting cold of winter. My childrenโs small bodies are battered by this reality โ malnutrition, intestinal infections, heat stroke, and even hepatitis are constant threats.
I have nothing left to change our situation. My children have lost everything. I have lost everything. Their childhood is buried under the rubble, their dreams replaced by survival, and their once-joyful laughter now a faint memory.
I am humbly reaching out to you with a plea to help us escape this endless nightmare. Our dream is simple: to find safety, to give our children a chance at life, to give Mariam and her brothers a future. With every dollar, you offer a glimmer of hope, a step closer to a place where they can finally be children again.
Please, be the reason my family finds peace. Your support, even just one dollar, can make all the difference. Together, we can turn this story of despair into one of hope and resilience. Start today, and be a part of the miracle we need.
Help Mariam๐. Help my family. Let us find a place to live with dignity and hope. Thank you for reading, and thank you for caring.
There are no clothes or covers I cannot provide food and basic needs for my children๐๐
Please help me and donate to save my children๐ต๐ธ๐๐

I am Khaled, a father of Mariam and her two children, living with my small family in northern Gaza. We once dreamed of a peaceful and secure life, but the war destroyed our home, forcing us to live in tents that offer no protection from the winter cold โ๏ธ or the heavy rain ๐ง๏ธ.
Today, my children live amidst the cold, hunger, and fear ๐. My daughter Maryam and her brothers sleep on the ground with no sense of safety, dreaming only of a warm home ๐ and a brighter future ๐.
Every small donation ๐ makes a big difference in our lives. Join us in bringing hope and security back to our family. Together, we can rebuild a future full of peace and warmth ๐.
We urgently need your help to move out of danger zones, protect our children, and build a better life for them.

"To Everyone Who Believes in Humanityโฆ"
Before the war, our lives were simple and full of joy. Our little Maryam, only five years old at the time, loved going with us to the mall to buy sweets and toys. Her laughter filled our home, and her innocent dreams grew safely within our family.
But in a single moment, after October 7, everything changedโฆ
The war came and shattered our dreams. We lost our home, our safety, and even our cherished memories. Maryam is no longer the carefree child who only knew happiness. She is now a little girl who wishes she could go back to a time before the warโa time when she could return to her home, find her toys, and enjoy the simple joy of visiting the mall with her family.
Today, all Maryam needs is hope... and all our family needs is your kind hand. A small contribution, as little as $20, could be the light that brings a smile back to Maryamโs face and breathes life into our hearts once more.

My name is Khaled, 41 years old, from Gaza. I am the father of Mariam, 5 years old. I was injured in my arm while passing by one of the homes targeted by missiles during the war on Gaza ๐ต๐ธ. My injury was not severe, and I thank God that it was a minor injury, but I am currently suffering from some pain due to the injury.
I am now afraid for my children and worried about them due to this large-scale war on Gaza, which has lasted for over a year and two months.
I kindly ask for your support in spreading our story and helping us with donations for my familyโs safe exit from the war zone in Gaza to travel to Egypt and live in peace. Thank you.
Thanks to everyone who supported us. Thanks to everyone who donated to us. And thanks to those who, even if they couldn't donate, showed sympathy with us.
Thank you to everyone ๐๐ป๐ต๐ธโฅ๏ธ๐๐ป

Please, open your hearts and help our family, who has been living through the unbearable horrors of war for over a year and three months in Gaza.
We have faced displacement, hunger, pain, the destruction of our home, bombings, thirst, illness, poverty, despair, and an overwhelming fear that never leaves us. We are running out of strength... We need you to be the hero who reaches out and offers us a lifeline.

For the past nine days, I have only received 15 CAD... I created a donation link to raise some money so I can escape Gaza and save my family from the horrors of war ๐. Unfortunately, I feel like I'm a bit unlucky... In two months, I've only managed to raise an amount that equals just 6% of the desired goal. ๐
