I have a confession. ive been seeing an older married man for 7 months...i am 19 and he is 49. he sends ubers to pick me up or he comes and picks me up and we stay at his beach house during the weekend like twice a month. he takes me on dates too. he loves being risky but the anxiety is getting to me now. i feel so sick when he talks to his wife on the phone when we are together. they already have a bad marriage so i just feel like im worsening everything. i don't want to end it because he's just to good and my first everything but obviously he is married and this isn't going anywhere.

I’m going to answer this seriously and with the kink in mind.

Know your boundaries. There are some hard boundaries one must set to retain their own identity and respect. There are other boundaries that can be pushed when done by someone you trust is doing it for your good. Figure out for yourself if that anxiety is going to be too much or if you think there’s a way to be coached out of it. Whatever you decide you will need to talk to him about it. I say this because if he just pushes you to keep meeting and keep meeting, all while brushing aside your anxieties with no genuine concern then it is a red flag.

As someone who has watched their marriage die a slow and painful death, there is also a line for them. At what point is the marriage no longer salvageable? By the time we had gone to counseling we were beyond that point. If it’s beyond that point then you’re any effect you have is simply hastening the inevitable. Just enjoy knowing that you’re making a man happier and giving him pleasure.

I understand you don’t want it to end. I also get that a lot of guys your age are idiots who rarely know how to treat a girl romantically well. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a guy closer to your age that will be able to treat you so well.
