Its Nice To Be Reminded

So I saw that my friend said she would be 100% ok with any type of fan art of her and then this happened.... Sorry if I missed some small details But on a serious note, this is the most fun I've had making art in weeks. Why? Because I was drawing just. For. Fun. I wasn't worried about ultra correct anatomy. I wasn't concerned about perspective, backgrounds, color theory, composition or whatever else! Just purely for enjoyment. I'm an art student in college and this was so much more fun than anything in a long time.

My three main characters for my soon to be comic. Prin (pink), Candy (green), and B’oco (blue).

Synopsis:Growing up in 21st century America isn’t easy, social stresses are overwhelming and the government seems to be losing it’s validity. To top it off, gang violence is at an all time high. Caught in the crossfire of waring rival street gangs, residents of the little neighborhood of Bullbrass, Atlanta GA, find themselves faced with a decision; fight back or submit to the terror?   

Though based on the real world of today, the story will be taking place in a much more hypothetical one.This is an idea I have been fiddling with for sometime, but I am still refining it. That being said it may be a bit before I actually begin the comic.

The characters, story, and art are all mine.  

I think I've worked out (part of the reason) why there's been such a huge uptick in folks who don't reblog things on here.
