Fandom Crowfeather: Wants his ex wife, current wife and children to die, abusive emotionally and physically apparently? People taking scenes of him out of context to make him look like a bigger asshole. Hates everyone and needs to pay for his ex hiding the fact that she was pregnant, something of which he had no involvement in.

Canon Crowfeather: A guy who is trying to distance himself from his ex (badly) while dealing with an overprotective and jealous wife and their angry, violent son. Doesn’t have the best attitude or temper, but he’s still trying to patch up his past mistakes behind the scenes since the Erins can’t take their focus off of ThundedClan for 5 seconds.

Berrynose, Hazeltail, And Mousewhisker Are The Three AU

Berrynose, Hazeltail, And Mousewhisker Are The Three AU

You dare give me two really cool ideas and tell me to pick one?

well

jokes on you

cause I'm splitting this into two parts

since I've horribly indecisive and I love both of these very much

so I'm doing them in order

there will be three, born with blood outside the Clans, who will walk with stars in their paws The prophecy sticks with Firestar, as his kin carry kittypet blood.. However, with this new cat, Daisy, joining ThunderClan with her kits, he realizes that there's more to this.

Berrypaw, Mousepaw, and Hazelpaw are young ThunderClan apprentice, born to Daisy. Berrypaw is being mentored by Brambleclaw, the ThunderClan deputy, while Mousepaw and Hazelpaw are being mentored by Spiderleg and Dustpelt respectively.

From the very start Mousepaw is hyperaware of how cats around him are feeling emotionally. He can detect when Lionkit is getting impatient waiting for his apprentice ceremony, he can feel his mother - Daisy - fretting over him and his siblings, and he can feel a deep, negative feeling coming from the warrior Ashfur.

He tries his best to ignore these other feelings, but he has been aware of this for a while now. He even feels the fear of the prey every time and he hates it.

Unable to focus while doing battle training Spiderleg decides they should go on a hunting patrol. He mentions that there's still kits to feed, but Mousepaw swears he could hear Spiderleg's heart hammering in his chest.

He's confused on why he has so many emotions stirring up over hunting.

While out hunting, a more feral, hungry energy comes over him as he stumbles right into a fox. He realizes, fearfully, that this fox is hungry.

However, before he can run, he also senses a flicker of worry from the fox. The same worry he feels coming from his mother.

He realizes right away this fox is a mother.

He bolts and runs back to where the other cats are. They manage to fight the fox while Thornclaw runs to grab help.

Mousepaw can't even focus with all the fear running through him.

Then we move to Berrypaw. Berrypaw is a confident, cocky, and bossy tom. He is very proud to be the deputy's apprentice.

He is the first to notice Thornclaw's return and for a moment his attitude fades when he hears Thornclaw call for cats to help chase off a fox, as he knows his brother was on that patrol.

Berrypaw tries to join, but is frustrated when Brambleclaw stops him. He states simply that Berrypaw isn't ready yet.

Not willing to listen, Berrypaw takes off out of camp once the rescue patrol is out.

Brambleclaw is annoyed that he joined, but thankful that the extra paw is there, even if he's angry in the moment.

The fox is about to attack Berrypaw when he's rescued by his sister, Hazelpaw, who surprises him by being there. He didn't recall hearing her leave with him, even though she claims she was right behind him.

The patrol manages to chase the fox away.

Mousepaw is thankful for his siblings, but pulls away as Brambleclaw scolds Hazelpaw and Berrypaw for joining when the deputy had said that the apprentices needed to stay in camp.

Berrypaw argues back, saying that his brother was out here and he wanted to defend him.

Brambleclaw won't hear any of it, however, and informs Hazelpaw and Berrypaw that he and Dustpelt will be coming up with a proper punishment for the two of them when they return to camp.

Spiderleg finds relief that Mousepaw is okay

The patrol returns to camp with what they managed to camp and Berrypaw, despite being in trouble, begins bragging to the other apprentices on how he had managed to chase off a fox.

Mousepaw rolls his eyes, but notes the strong emotions coming from both Honeypaw and Poppypaw.

He wonders why any cat would even bother trying to compete for attention when Berrypaw has those two stumbling after him like lovesick apprentices.

He then reminds himself they are lovesick apprentices.

There's a little bit of thankfulness that it seemed that Cinderpaw had some common sense to her.

As he's listening, he notices Thornclaw return late, delivering the news that the fox had ran into a fox trap and that there was the scent of milk on her. They reach the same conclusion Mousepaw did - that fox was a mother.

It doesn't take long for him to notice Lionkit, Hollykit, and Jaykit want to help, but they're swiftly stopped by their father, Brambleclaw.

The kits are unable to sneak out as Mousepaw catches on to their plotting nature and gets in their way.

The kits get irritated and he asks Daisy to look after them. Daisy agrees to help and has a close watch on the kits.

Mousepaw is thankful for his mother.

Hazelpaw is out of the camp again, stalking after the patrol. They cannot hear her pawsteps or catch her scent and she's thankful for this, as the molly has taken to using this strange ability of hers as soon as she realized what she could do.

As much as she knows she'll get in trouble, Hazelpaw is convinced that there's something important about being able to do what she does and she wants to use it to help her Clan.

She watches from a distance as the ThunderClan patrol finds the fox cubs and chases them away.

There is a close call where Hazelpaw almost gets chased by a fox, but she manages to get away. Heart pounding in her ears, she sneaks back to camp, not wanting to get into any more trouble.

When she returns to camp, she comes by Leafpool and Firestar talking. Leafpool doesn't believe Jaykit can be a warrior apprentice and wants him to be a medicine cat apprentice.

Firestar believes Jaykit would be able to try

Hazelpaw doesn't want a kit to be forced to be a medicine cat, especially since she's aware Hollykit is interested in the idea of being a medicine cat apprentice.

For a moment she considers if Leafpool would accept a sign, but then she's aware she'd feel guilty for faking something so important

When the patrol returns, Hazelpaw and Berrypaw are officially put on duty to help the elders and queens whenever they need it for the next few days.

Berrypaw complains, but Hazelpaw accepts.

A couple days of keeping kits out of trouble and keeping the elders free of ticks and fleas, Berrypaw wakes up to find they're preparing for a ceremony.

Squirrelflight's kits are becoming apprentices.

Hollypaw becomes Leafpool's apprentice, Lionpaw becomes Ashfur's apprentice, and Jaypaw becomes Brightheart's apprentice.

Berrypaw is confused on why Hazelpaw is already getting nests ready for the new apprentices and she points out how he did the same for Honeypaw when she became an apprentice.

Berrypaw huffs at that and sticks out his tongue

Hazelpaw picks on him, saying how he and Honeypaw are going to be the cutest couple in ThunderClan

Berrypaw states that it's obvious they would be [despite Hazelpaw just saying that to make fun of his crush on Honeypaw], but they're not mates and obviously he's going to wait until they're both warriors.

Mousepaw, Hazelpaw, and Berrypaw go on to attend the gathering. It's the first gathering of Holly, Lion, and Jay.

Here Mousepaw encounter Minnowpaw. This is their second gathering talking to each other and he admires her confidence and how she can be a bit mischievous as he had heard the story from her brother, Pebblepaw, on how she dared him to drink horrible water when they were kits.

He introduces her to Lionpaw and she introduces her brother, Pebblepaw, and their friend, Pouncepaw.

After Lionpaw rejects going to walk around the island, Mousepaw accepts and the two spend the night chatting about their Clans while the gathering takes place.

They do their best to stay quiet when they realize that Minnowpaw's mentor, Voletooth, is looking for her.

Of course Graystripe and Millie return and things go about the same [save for Jaypaw walking in Leafpool's dream]

I'm going to blur past some details, but some notes; Hollypaw becomes a warrior apprentice [Brackenfur is her mentor] and Jaypaw stays Brightheart's apprentice, as he has no reason to be forced to be a medicine cat now that he's a normal cat Berrypaw and Honeypaw get close and Mousepaw becomes aware that Poppyfrost is saddened by the sight of seeing the two together Because Jaypaw was unable to walk in dreams, Poppypaw does pass away from greencough; many cats are saddened

The Daylight Gathered, but shortened into notes cause my memory is fuzzy; - Hollypaw faces off against Heatherpaw in a fight and wins; Hazelpaw cheers for her

Lionpaw and Breezepaw get stuck in a hole and Berrypaw is the first cat there. Without much thought he begins digging. Despite being an apprentice, he can feel this unusual tension in his front legs and his paws as he hauls up the dirt faster than even the grown warriors.

He finishes and manages to save both apprentices. He is praised and he doesn't even think about how he did that or how his legs felt more tired than usual. He just basks in the praise.

More glossing over things with my fuzzy memory; [this happens about the time as the other notes; prolly after, too] It's realized after falling into the lake after roughhousing with Mousepaw, that Berrypaw seems to be able to adapt quickly and saves himself and his brother Berrypaw has also been helping Honeypaw through the grief of losing one of her sisters. Mousepaw and Minnowpaw hang out every gathering they can; Mousepaw realizes he has a crush on her. He also notes she's the hardest cat for him to read the emotions of. Mousepaw also notices that his mentor, Spiderleg, is growing close to his mom, Daisy. He's unsure of how to feel about this, but he does notice that, even if Spiderleg can be a bit much, he seems to care about her. Hazelpaw has been helping Hollypaw. The two are becoming friends. Hollypaw is the first cat - outside of her brothers - to be told about her sneaking ability. Hollypaw swears to keep it a secret.

One night Mousepaw notices strange feelings coming from Lionpaw. He grows worried and pulls him off to the side. He tries to talk to him, but Lionpaw ignores him.

He's worried for him.

He's also now aware his mother and Spiderleg are mates. Later, when Daisy mentions she's expecting kits, Spiderleg becomes distant. Mousepaw manages to use his powers to help Spiderleg and pushes him back to Daisy before too much harm to the relationship can be done.

Hollypaw gets in trouble for helping RiverClan but Hazelpaw praises her in quiet.

I'd say things for the most part go similar to TPo3 for a bit, save for Lion and Jay not having powers and Jay being a warrior apprentice. Lion becomes more distant from the other apprentices and Mousepaw is the only one vaguely aware that he's doing something he shouldn't be [training with Tigerstar + seeing Heatherpaw]

They get assessed and become warriors - Berrynose, Hazeltail, and Mousewhisker.

Outcast I remember the least about, but I can't imagine Berry, Mouse, and Hazel going to the mountain, so I imagine it's a lot of training and them learning more about the powers they have. Berrypaw's ego is getting only growing when he realizes he's special and Hazelpaw and Mousepaw have to keep his ego in check. Mousepaw questions why they have these powers and what they need to do while Hazelpaw is absolutely sure she's supposed to be using her powers to help the Clan any way she can.

Also around this time Daisy has her second litter; Rosekit and Toadkit. The three are proud to be older siblings, though Mousewhisker is aware that Spiderleg is still nervous about the news about being a father. He manages to assure the tom to a degree, but the older warrior is still cautious and isn't sure what to do.

Now convinced by his sister that they have these powers for a reason, Berrynose states how a great tom, such as himself, deserves a better name. Hazeltail thinks he's too full of himself sometimes.

Hazetail is happy when the Tribe patrol returns and she happily greets Hollypaw, Lionpaw, and Jaypaw.

She greets them before heading out 'hunting'

Despite seeing Berrynose as cocky, Hazeltail is unaware that she's overconfident as well and she's been spying around, checking for anything suspicious.

Her attitude changes when she gets caught-

And we cut to Mousewhisker as he's out gathering herbs for Leafpool with the help of Icepaw, who is the new medicine cat apprentice.

They are distracted when they hear cats calling for help. Cinderpaw was injured and her leg is hurt. Holly, Jay, and Lion are with her.

They take her back to camp.

Honeypaw, aware their warriors ceremony is coming up, asks to be held back with Cinderpaw.

This is allowed.

Berrynose is confused, especially since he was going to ask Honeypaw to be his mate.

Mousewhisker tells him that this isn't about him.

Berrynose counters, saying that Mousewhisker doesn't know what it's like to like someone. What he doesn't know is that Mousewhisker does know and it's tearing him up because he doesn't want to put the cat he likes in danger cause she's in another Clan.

The two end their conversation on a bitter note and, after some time, Mousewhisker notices that Hazeltail isn't in camp. He asks around, but no one has seen her since she left to hunt.

Getting nervous, he heads off, only to be stopped by Berrynose. He asks what he's doing and he brings up Hazeltail.

For the first time all day Berrynose realizes their sister is missing.

The two hurry off to find her.

Hazeltail is surprised to be faced to face with a rather handsome stranger. He introduces himself as Sol and asks why she's sneaking around.

Hazeltail hesitates, unsure of how to answer his question.

Sol assures that he's just curious and means no harm.

When she doesn't respond right away, he goes on to talk about how he was sent to find three extraordinary cats. Out loud, he pretends to question to himself if this 'lovely molly' is one of the cats he was sent to find.

Hazeltail, flustered, isn't sure how to respond. She had never been caught before and this stranger - Sol - was quite the smoothtalker.

Cats start calling out for her and she has to go. He notes she has a very nice name and she thanks him awkwardly.

She tells him he needs to go and she promises not to mention he was near Clan territory.

Sol seems interested to hear the mention of Clans, but she doesn't have time to question this and hurries off to meet up with her brothers.

Mousewhisker is relieved she's okay and Berrynose scolds her for making them worry for being out so long.

Time passes and Cinderpaw is healing slowly. One day, Hollypaw comes to camp, talking about seeing a lion. Sorreltail corrects her, saying it was a cat.

Sol giving the warning and the fight that ends with an eclipse goes the same. He also makes a passing comment to Hazeltail about seeing her around. Hazeltail finds herself flustered again, as she's never really been flirted with and isn't sure how to handle it.

Mousewhisker had overheard Sol with Icepaw and Leafpool and he wants to know more. He brings this up with his siblings and they all agree to go.

They reach Sol and they fully learn about the prophecy from him. Mousewhisker is confused on how he knows this and the longer he spends near the tom, the less confident he feels about trusting him.

Sol states if he doesn't trust him, to ask Firestar.

Mousewhisker doesn't like that

He is also aware that every time Sol looks at Hazeltail - which is a lot - his sister's feelings spike. He's aware of what this mean and he does not like it one bit, because he's aware that Sol's feelings are not the same.

Sol goes to ShadowClan, convinces them to lose their religion, etc.

Hollypaw, Jaypaw, and Lionpaw become warriors. Hollyleaf, Jayflight, and Lionblaze. Mousewhisker is also aware that the feelings of Lionblaze are shifting again. Also Honeypaw and Cinderpaw become Honeyfern and Cinderheart.

Though his feelings are tense, Mousewhisker can tell Lionblaze in conflicted. He's not surprised when he hears Lionblaze gets into a fight with his former mentor, Ashfur.

Jay, Lion, and Holly come up with an idea to help ShadowClan. Hazeltail overhears and tells her brothers. The three approach the other three and ask to help.

They agree to work together. Dawnpaw, Flamepaw, and Tigerpaw also help along the way.

Sol leaves ShadowClan.

The sick cats [because greencough is going on] are getting worse and Mousewhisker aids the best he can. He manages to help save cats by just being an assistant and bringing herbs over.

My memory around the time everyone's sick is hazy, but the Ancients aren't relevant / involved

Lionblaze manages to get catmint thanks to his connections. Mousewhisker doesn't as questions, but does raise a brow.

Around this same time, Hollyleaf and Hazeltail are bonding. She's trying to teach Hollyleaf how to be stealthy and she's trying to ignore the feelings Sol causes in her.

Things go on, camp catches on fire, and Hazeltail manages to dodge through the flames like a flickering shadow before she stumbles across Ashfur confronting Squirrelflight and putting the lives of Jayflight, Lionblaze, and Hollyleaf in danger.

She panics and during the confrontation, she attacks the tom. While she's fighting Ashfur, she gives them time to escape, but the damage of Squirrelflight admitting they're not her kits has been done.

With the flames high, Ashfur attacks Hazeltail and pushes her towards the flames.

Injured, she is abandoned and passes out when she inhales too much smoke.

Berrynose has managed to help cats escape, including Honeyfern who is very grateful towards him.

For the first time, he finds himself a little flustered when she refers to him as a hero. He brushes it off and acts humble about it, though it's a huge ego boost to his already large ego.

As they are waiting for the flames to die out, the two talk and Berrynose begins to feel bad for being so petty about her wanting to be held back the more she talks about Poppypaw and Molepaw.

He honestly forgot about Molepaw..

He assures her that he'll be there when she needs him and she's thankful. He wonders if this is meant to be.

Things are interrupted when Squirrelflight arrives with Hollyleaf, Jayflight, and Lionblaze. The three look worn out and they are taken to be checked out for being near the flames so long.

Ashfur as returned before them and has already been checked up. He has been scratched up by barreling through some bushes as he wasn't thinking while he escaped. He's scolded by Ferncloud for being so reckless, but she's thankful he's alive and okay.

Berrynose is aware that Mousewhisker is bristling slightly and asks what's wrong, but Mousewhisker doesn't want to answer while they're all surrounded.

Later that night the brothers go on a walk.

Mousewhisker talks about these dark feelings coming from Ashfur and how he's unsure of what's going on, but it's enough to make him feel sick. He also adds that there's something wrong with Squirrelflight and her kits.

He wants to talk to them about it, but when they return to the group, they notice that the three aren't around.

Berrynose assures they'll come up but Mousewhisker can't shake the feeling.

It's also at this point he brings up that they might be trying to find or help Hazeltail, as it's already been noted that she's missing and neither tom accepts that she'd dead as they know Hazeltail is smarter than that.

Time passes and Hazeltail is not found, but neither is any sign that she's died. The gathering is getting close and Mousewhisker is growing more and more aware that something's going on and he doesn't like it.

Lionblaze has been trying to talk to Ashfur, but is getting ignored.

Mousewhisker finally pulls Jayflight aside and demands answers. Jayflight refuses at first, but Mousewhisker manages to be more stubborn than the moody, blind tom.

Jayflight tells Mousewhisker most things and they agree to work together to figure this out.

The two try to warn Ashfur, but they're also ignored. Mousewhisker goes to try to convince Berrynose to help.

This ends with them finding Ashfur laying dead under a tired, hurting Hazeltail's paws.

The brothers come up with a lie but Hazeltail doesn't want them to lie.

If anyone has to be convicted, it's her

They are confused and try to reason with her

This is brought to ThunderClan's attention and Hazeltail confesses out loud. However, Hollyleaf, who had been missing, steps up and states it was in self-defense.

It seems the two have a story going on and everyone but Mousewhisker believes it. He's wondering what's going on.

Hazeltail feels terrible. Not for being the one seen as the one who killed Ashfur, but for everything leading up to it.

She has a flashback to Sol saving her and her falling his sweet lies as he tries to turn her against the Clans. However, as she got better and noticed how he was talking with other Clans, she learned she wasn't special.

She stumbles into Hollyleaf after sneaking away, who is relieved to see the gray and white molly is alive.

The two talk and Hollyleaf tells her everything.

The two come up with a plan and they end up killing Ashfur to keep him from telling the secret.

Hazeltail was supposed to run away, but she didn't. Her paws couldn't move as she stared down at the tom who had tried to kill her.

She snaps back and she and Hollyleaf are working like vengeful detectives to learn more and she manages to keep Hollyleaf from wanting to say anything.

Around this time, Minnowtail asks Mousewhisker to meet her in private in a couple days, as she wants to ask him something. Mousewhisker isn't sure what to expect, but she promises it's important

He spends his time trying - and failing - to get answers from his sister and Hollyleaf and he's feeling overwhelmed by the feelings inside camp that he thinks of seeing Minnowtail as a huge relief.

Mousewhisker goes to visit Minnowtail and he asks why she wanted to see him. She asks if he wants to help his Clan and spend more time with her at the same time.

He says of course.

She tells him that the next night she's going to send a cat to him who'd help with both.

He's confused but trusts her.

The next night Mousewhisker falls asleep - after dealing with the deep tension in ThunderClan - and he wakes up to come face to face with a she-cat named Sparrowfeather.

He begins training in the Dark Forest

Honeyfern's death but it's Berrynose's POV

Berrynose is torn up over the loss and now Cinderheart is the only survivor.

Berrynose becomes sort of numb to everything and doesn't want to spend time with anyone.

He questions why he even has powers if it means he can't save the cat he loved.

While out on his own, he meets up with Lionblaze. The two talk and their unspoken rivalry is put on halt for the moment. In the time they're both just two toms going through what feels like hell right now.

In a way, they become friends.

The detective mollies have been working hard on their case and

Long story short, they learn the truth and instead of a public callout, they have a private confrontation with Squirrelflight, Brambleclaw, Leafpool, and Crowfeather as the gathering ends.

The news is shocking towards the toms but the she-cats aren't surprised.

Brambleclaw is angry and Squirrelflight apologizes.

Hazeltail feels bad but Hollyleaf feels numb.

The two stay together to try to keep each other sane through all of this. Hollyleaf almost breaks down and Hazeltail does her best to keep her from doing anything wreckless.

They never leave each other's side.

and

because I'm struggling to remove AVoS rn, some rapid points;

Hollyleaf and Hazeltail end up becoming mates with a secret. Or two secrets As while Hazeltail was with Sol, she might've slept with him and ended up with his kits. Which Hollyleaf raises as her own and refuses to let these kits be caught in the same hell she was. The kits are; Lightkit, a dilute calico she-cat; Lilykit, a gray and white tom; Stormkit, a tortoiseshell tolly; and Duskkit, a black, gray, and white tom. They grow up and become Lightstrike [known for being impulsive and witty], Lilythorn [a bold tom who isn't afraid to speak his mind], Stormpool [a relaxed tolly who uses words over brute strength], and Duskfire [a outgoing and ambitious tom who finds new ways to push himself to becoming the best] Lilythorn becomes Leafpool's new apprentice after Icecloud passes away

Berrynose and Lionblaze rivals to friends to lovers.

Mousewhisker trains in cat hell, realizes it's kinda fucked right away but has a hard time getting out. He manages to help Ivypaw/pool and the two escape training together. He ends up stop trying to see Minnowtail and focuses his time on helping his Clan and becomes close friends with Ivypool. The two have a platonic relationship where they aid each other.

Cinderheart is friends with both Berrynose and Lionblaze and the two support her as she battles wit her depression

Cinderheart becomes the new deputy after Brambleclaw steps down because the secret-keeping is too much for him. She beomes Cinderstar and she makes Brightheart her deputy. Brightheart ends up retiring because she's not cut out and the new deputy is Rosepetal.

Dovewing still gets with Tigerheart and is friends with Lightstrike, who keeps Bumblestripe away from her when he's bothering her

Dovewing doesn't have powers and gets to live a normal life where her only worry is spending time with her ShadowClan boyfriend and not getting caught

Mousewhisker knows what she's up to, but he's pretty chill about it and sticks up for her - namely after his niece asks him not to tell.

Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw break up and Squirrelflight stays single because she can be happy and single. She doesn't need to stay with someone who's actively making her unhappy.

I don’t like Spottedleaf x Firestar. It’s a creepy and horribly developed ship- that didn’t need to exist for NO reason! We only see them interact like twice then suddenly they love each other and this ship is one of the reasons why the aging process is confusing. We see Spottedleaf as a young adult cat- she’s mean to be one of the youngest in the clan besides the kits and apprentices but Bluestar’s Prophecy shows her being older than most of the cats in the clan when Firestar joins. Then the way he acts in front of Sandstorm during Spottedleaf’s death.

I also don’t like Spottedleaf- like she’s literally just there just to be the pretty, flawless love interest for the main character just like Jessie was. I don’t even remember what kind of personality she had? She was just kind of basic and I further dislike her when I read Leafpool’s Wish. She encouraged Leafpool being with Crowfeather in the New Prophecy but in Leafpool’s Wish, she scolds her and calls her a foolish cat for being with Crowfeather.

I’m saying this because I honestly laughed when I read ‘Spottedleaf’s Answer’ because I found it funny how Firestar literally find Spottedleaf in his dream just to friendzone her. I don’t know why I find it so funny; like Firestar shows he never longer loves Spottedleaf then suddenly he is in love with her again during her death scene. I was just like ‘I feel nothing. Good bye, Spottedleaf. Sandstorm x Firestar is better’

I completely agree

Since TBC is now wrapped up I decided to create a short survey about people’s favourite warriors books, just because I am very curious about how the fandom generally feels. It shouldn’t take too long to complete at all (only a minute or two) and if you can reblog it and share it around that will be extremely appreciated, I want to get as many responses from as many corners of the fandom as possible. You don’t need my permission to share it, just throw the link wherever you see fit lol

Favourite Warrior Cats Books Poll
Google Docs
I’m curious about what books are people’s favourites so why not. Please share this poll with as many people as you can.

Thanks for your time!

I have no set date of when I will end it, I want to give it at least a month, but I’ll basically stop it after a period of lack of responses. I will share the results on this blog once I close the survey.

How can anonymous be so dumb?!

Let me just make a list of stuff Squirrelflight did to him that would definitely piss him of.

- she pushes him into stuff. She asked him for more kits over and over and he reacted to her telling her to stop.

- she lied to him. Of course he can be angry at her and using some words. He loved them and she lied.

- she went against everything he ask. She pushed him around until she got tiered of it and ran of clearance upsetting him.

- She asked about kits once. She dropped it when she realised he didn’t want that and tried her best to hide her hurt. Kits only got brought back up in Squirrelflight’s Hope when Bramblestar brought it back up (largely at times he was using this topic to manipulate her)

- Her lying about the three was completely wrong I agree. But she had good intentions in order to protect those kids and her sister. But Bramblestar should have known. It was completely wrong of her not to tell him. But also at the same time he has lied to her by omission. He has never told her about training in the dark forest with Hawkfrost - something he did repeatedly and ultimately almost got Squirrelflight’s father killed.

- She doesn’t go against everything she asked. Apart from going to investigate the territory I don’t recall one time she has directly disobeyed him as deputy. Going to investigate the sisters behind his back was wrong and she shouldn’t have done it even if her intentions was good.

But the bottom line is this. No matter what Squirrelflight may have down to anger Bramblestar, she did not deserve to be domestically abused. There is absolutely no excuse for what Bramblestar did to her.

Bramblestar is an abuser. There is never any excuse for that.

AU idea: Jessy joins the Clan permanently and becomes Bramblestar's mate. Squirrelflight, initially upset and jealous towards Jessy, soon notices Bramble is abusive to her and talks to Jessy about it. They both confide in each other. Jessy has Bramble's kits, but after The Three's thing, he isn't too close to them so Jessy mostly raises them with Squirrel's help. Bramble is later exiled for being a shoddy, abusive leader, then Squirrel becomes leader and is mates with new deputy Jessy. The End.

This is awesome

yet another Mosskit lives au

Featuring River clan Mosskit, Genderfluid Mosskit and Medicine cat Mosskit.

Turned out kinda long, but i’m still not sure if I was able to fully explore everything in this format. I am too tired of everything to write a full fanfic though and dedicate myself to all themes.

Mosskit and her siblings successfully reach River Clan border and are taken to the camp by their father. Graypool adopts them and nurses them alongside with her only living daughter – Swankit.

Due to being exposed to severe cold, Mosskit gets sick and is regularly visited by Mudfur, which causes her to develop interest in medicine.

She sometimes dreams of Thunderclan camp, her birth mother and Thrushpelt, but those memories slowly start to fade.

Oakheart is a good dad. He spends a lot of time with his kits and also takes care of Swankit, since her birth father does not show any real interest.

Soon all of them are one family. Oakheart and Graypool do not become mates, but are happy to raise the kits together. Swankit believes he’s her birth dad for most of her live and is only told otherwise when she’s a warrior.

He and Mosskit are a bit awkward though. She is sick for most of her childhood and misses a lot of things her siblings do with their dad.

They love each other anyway.

In 6 moons she becomes medicine cat apprentice. Stonepaw, Mistypaw and Swanpaw are a bit sad that their sister will not share warrior training with them, but are still very supportive.

Mudfur adores his new apprentice and slowly grows to see her as another daughter. (ugh, Mosspaw, how come you have three dads) They have a very trusting relationship.

Around this time she starts to feel weird about herself. One day she is perfectly content, and the other day she does not like her own smell or how small she is or even Graypool’s “my darling daughter” upsets her, like she is trapped in her own body.

There are no cats in the clan who seem to be going through anything similar, so she is hesitant to discuss it and learns to hide her discontent. Graypool and Oakheart try to ask her, what’s wrong, but after some time with no answers they start to think it was just a “teenager thing”. Mudfur has some suspicions but does not want to pressure her, stating that she can tell him everything, but he’ll wait until she comes around.

During her first visit to the Moonstone, she befriends Spottedpaw. The older apprentice still remembers Mosspaw as a kit, but, of course, does not say anything, instead promising to help, if she needs, as much as she can. She also asks Mosspaw about her siblings to later tell Bluefur about them.

One day, while gathering herbs with her mentor, Mosspaw sees Thrushpelt on the other side of the river. This triggers some old memories and she runs away. Mosspaw is not brave enough to discuss those with her parents or siblings.

Graypool notices, however, that her daughter looks distressed and asks her, what the problem is. This time she is more persistent and after some persuasions, Mosspaw gives up and vaguely answers that she has some memories of the life before River Clan. She is afraid because her family may not be hers to begin with and she may not be even fit to be a medicine cat, being an outsider. But Graypool comforts her daughter and says that no matter where she came from, Mosspaw will always be her kit and if Starclan did not object to her becoming Mudfur’s apprentice, they find her worthy.

Her siblings see their mother comfort their sister and join, though nobody tells them what the deal was.

Thrushpelt seeks her out and talks to her next time they see each other near the border, while no one is around. They reform their old relationship and meet sometimes, but decide not to drag in Stonepaw and Mistypaw, as Mosspaw remembers how hard the truth was for her.

With his help she also makes peace with the fact that Bluefur gave her away. She is happy in Riverclan and decides that, no matter what, she does not hate the cat who gave her life. She does not think of Bluefur as mother anymore, but she holds no hard feelings.

Over the moons Mosspaw and Spottedpaw grow closer. Mosspaw is the first to cheer Spottedleaf’s new name.

After one of the meetings Spottedleaf confides in Mosspaw about her history with Thistleclaw, saying that she could not find the heart to tell anyone in the clan, even her mentor, but it has been plaguing her for a long time. Mosspaw comforts her friend and encourages her to tell at least someone, and asures her that she has nothing to be ashamed of. Spottedleaf promises to think about it.

A few days later she and Graypool decide to have a mother-daughter day off. Unfortunately, of all the siblings only Swanpaw is allowed to join them – no too much slacking off in Riverclan. They all lie and chill on Sunningrocks (Riverclan’s now), when they are came across by a patrol of Thrushpelt, Thistleclaw and Redtail. Thistleclaw, being Thistleclaw, attacks them, going for Mosspaw first, since she was standing closer to him.

Graypool and Thrushpelt both attack Thistleclaw in order to protect their daughter. Thistleclaw is ready to fight back, when he is attacked by Redtail. Following Mosspaw’s advice, Spottedleaf told her brother, and Redtail is not missing his chance to avenge his sister.

Thistleclaw is killed by Redtail.

Thrushpelt and Redtail decide to say that Thistleclaw got into a fight with a Riverclan patrol. Redtail also thanks Mosspaw for being there for his sister when he could not. Thrushpelt tells her to be safe and they leave.

Swanpaw is surprised by the whole ordeal, but Mosspaw tells her sister, that this is about a secret that is not hers to reveal.

Graypool is simply happy that both of her daughters are okay. They go home, hunt and gather some herbs on the way.

Next gathering Mosspaw chats with Spottedleaf. She is uncomfortable again and slips to Spotted that somedays she does not really feel like a molly and the other days she does. Spottedleaf, with Mosspaw’s consent, calls her brother and Redtail, who is trans, shares his own history, about how he came to discover that he is actually a tom and says that sometimes the cat’s spirit is not the same as the cat’s body. He also promises to be there is Mosspaw ever needs his advice on the matter.

Mosspaw thinks about it for some time and finally tells about her feelings to Mudfur. He explains that there is nothing wrong with her and there were cats in Riverclan like her before – his own mentor, for example. It does not make her any worse. He tells her the stories of other cats like her and their lives. They are called Soulstreams and many of them were talented warriors and medicine cats, even leaders. After the talk Mosspaw decides to go by both she/her and he/him.

Everyone in the family is mega supportive.

Mosspaw still spends some time figuring everything out and adjusting to his new identity. He bonds with Redtail when they see each other at the gatherings or by the border and they talk about their experiences a lot.

Soon Mistypaw, Stonepaw and Swanpaw get their warrior names – Mistyfoot, Stonefur and Swanheart. The three of them can’t wait for Mosspaw to receive her new name and come up with a bunch of variants. At this point Mosspaw already has one in mind.

Greencough breaks out. Mosspaw works endlessly with Mudfur to help her sick clanmates, but they are running out of catmint. Willowbreeze falls ill. Mudfur grimly predicts that she won’t last long. Mosspaw is devastated to see her aunt in this state.

She suggests that they should look for catmint outside of clan territories, but Mudfur replies, that the chance of success is too small and, although he understands where she comes from, they can’t risk to send healthy warriors away at this time.

Days pass. The situation is getting worse. Graypool and Stonefur also fall ill.

Desperate, Mosspaw decides, that he will go by himrself. There is little he can do in the camp anyway – the supplies are mostly gone by now. He is afraid of the cold, always has been, but is willing to take the risk.

At first there’s a brief thought that maybe he should ask Swanheart or Mistyfoot to come with him, but he remembers Mudfur’s words that they cannot allow to send warriors. And he does not want to get his sisters in trouble. So he simply prays that they will be fine while he is gone.

Instead he goes to the Thunderclan border. Memories hit him again. In the wind he can almost hear his birth mother’s voice – “Hold on Mosskit. I know you can do it. My beloved brave kitten”.

He sneaks close to Thunderclan camp and waits until Spottedleaf comes out. He tells her about the whole idea and asks if she would like to come. Spottedleaf is hesitant, since Featherwhisker is not exactly young and healthy like he used to be, but they ARE short of supplies. Plus she does not want Mosspaw to go alone.

At first she refuses and Mosspaw goes on his own, but he soon notices Spottedleaf running after him. The two decide to go together.

Along the way Spottedleaf trains Mosspaw how to hunt (she knows how to fish, but never tried her luck  with other kinds of prey). Mosspaw also tells her about her harsh relationship with Leafbares and that she remembers her life in Thunderclan, and Spottedleaf admits that she has always thought that she should have convinced Bluestar to wait a bit more. Mosspaw asks her about Bluestar and learns a bit more about her birth mother. Two medicine cats bond a lot.

After being unlucky for some time, they both receive a vision, where ghostly cats lead them deep into the places that don’t belong to cats. Following the dream route, they venture far into Twolegs’ territory, also shocked at how huge it actually is when compared to their familiar forest, where they meet a kittypet, who says that their owner does have catmint and agrees to share in exchange for some stories. This is one of Crystal’s grown up kits.

They have a brief rest, during which they learn about kittypets’ life style – this experience later makes Spottedleaf more tolerant towards Firepaw than her clanmates. Then they make the journey back, with the kittypet following them to the border of clan territories.

Mosspaw runs as fast as she can to her camp, catmint in her mouth. Warriors come out confused, and Mudfur, having been worried, scared and angry at the same time, rushes to his apprentice and scolds her, while purring at the same time, happy that she is alive and safe. They begin to give catmint to the sick.

Willowbreeze recovers, but two of her kits still die, too young to fight the sickness. Crookedstar grieves, but is delighted that his love is alive. He personally thanks Mosspaw, but still scolds her, saying that she should not have made that decision herself.

Stonefur and Graypool also recover. Mosspaw happily reunites with her family.

During the next meeting, when he touches Moonstone with his nose, he sees Thrushpelt. Mosspaw is devastated to learn that he died. Thrushpelt says that he cannot be more proud of him and that he will always walk in his dreams if he needs him.

After they return to the camp, he goes to his mother, visibly upset. They go away, where no one will hear them, and Mosspaw tells her about Thunderclan and Thrushpelt. Graypool comforts him again. Mosspaw tells his mother that he loves her.

Two moons later, Mudfur announces, that Mosspaw is ready to receive a full medicine cat name. Mosspaw then hesitantly asks him to be given two names, as in one of the stories he told her there was a cat who did that. Mudfur agrees. He then asks if Mosspaw has any names – and Mosspaw does. Mudfur names his apprentice Mosspool, after Graypool, and Mossflight, after Thrushpelt (There is already a warrior named Mosspelt in the clan). Spottedleaf is the first to cheer the new names.

Now a full medicine cat, he leaves the camp alone much often. He and Spottedleaf meet by the border. Mossflight teaches her to swim and fish a bit.

Two cats start to fall for each other. Spottedleaf, though, is unsure. Mosspool is younger than her and she does not want to turn into Thistleclaw. Mosspool, however, asks her is she fell for her while she was still a kit. Horrified, Spottedleaf says no. Mosspool then says, that everything is alright. They may have an age gap, but they started to like each other when they were both adults. Mosspool can make a decision for herself. And she wants it.

Two confess their love for each other and decide to be mates in secret. They vow to always put their clans first, but there is no denying that their hearts belong to each other.

Mossflight is the best big cousin to Silverstream. He also criticises his sister’s taste in toms, when Mistyfoot gets with Blackclaw. Swanheart gets together with Mosspelt, always joking that their clan is not the best when it comes to names, and they are thinking to ask some tom to sire a litter for them. All three siblings endlessly annoy Stonefur, constantly asking about his love life.

Crookedstar and Willowbreeze have another litter. There is only one kit. They name her Mosskit. So now there are three Mosses in Riverclan.

Oakheart dies. He and Mosspool were never the closest, but she loved her father. She and her siblings share tongues and remember their dad as brave and noble cat.

Mosskit is made an apprentice and is given to Leopardfur. She is quite the troublemaker, but has a good relationship with her mentor.

In Thunderclan Rusty, as in canon, joins. Spottedleaf is soon killed by Clawface. Mosspool is horrified and devastated to learn of her lover’s death, but she pulls through with the help of her siblings and mother. Graypool has suspected for some time that her kit was too close with the beautiful she-cat.

She helps to take care of her sister’s kits. They love her.

She sort-of-befriends Fireheart, when he saves them. They are not close-close buddies, but are friendly enough and she is always ready to help him.

As Graypool is getting older, Mossflight often spends time grooming her and making sure she feels good.

Spottedleaf still visits Mossflight in dreams. They talk a lot about the darkness that will soon plague the clans.

Mossflight is here when Silverstream gives birth, but she still dies. Mossflight and the kits stay in Thunderclan camp for a while, as they are too young to travel, but he does not want to leave them. He and Bluestar talk a few times, getting to know each other, but Mossfligh does not tell her that he knows that the Thunder leader is his birth mother.

The mess with Tigerclaw in Thunderclan happens.

Mosspool is hesitant to leave, when a patrol comes after them, but she knows, that she cannot stay.

Crookedstar makes his youngest daughter a warrior. Mosspaw becomes Mossstorm, having requested to be named after her father. She is a great aunt to Silverstream’s kits and quickly befriends Graystripe.

Crookedstar still loses his final life to Greencough. Mosspool is sorry she could not save him like she saved Willowbreeze. Mudfur tells her, that sometimes no herbs are enough. Willowbreeze retires after that.

Mosspelt and Swanheart both act like mothers to little Featherkit and Stormkit.

Leoradstar struggles with her new position. Mudfur tries to help her as much as he can.

When Fireheart brings dead Graypool into camp, Mosspool is striken with grief. She refuses to eat and barely responds to anyone. Her siblings help as much as they can and with the support from Stonefur, Mistyfoot and Swanheart she comes to herself again.

She is still heavily depressed, when Stonefur and Mistyfoot learn that Bluestar is their mother. She does not bother to act surprised and confesses that she knew for a long time, then apologises for never sharing the truth with her siblings. Stonefur and Mistyfoot forgive her, even is they are not pleased. Swanheart asures them that no matter who their birth parents are, they will always be her beloved siblings.

When the battle with dogs happens, she receives a sign that leads her to the gorge and tells her siblings to follow her. Together they help Bluestar to get out of the river. Mosspool tries to save her, but Bluestar tells her not to, as she feels that her death is right here. She tells her children that she is proud of all of them. Mosspool confesses that she has known that Bluestar is her mother since she was an apprentice and says she never hated her.

Mistyfoot and Stonefur return to River clan camp, but Mosspool sits a vigil for Bluestar with Thunderclan. She smells Thrushpelt, Oakheart and an unknown she-cat nearby and knows that their spirits have welcomed Thunderclan leader into Starclan.

Mossflight is haunted by the visions of leopard and tiger. He discusses them with his former mentor, and when Leopardstar decided to join clans with Tigerstar, they try to convince her that it is a bad idea. They fail. Tigerclan still happens.

Willowbreeze dies.

Tigerstar isolates the half-clanners, but Mossflight is allowed to stay with Mudfur, since he is a medicine cat (and the fact that his former mentor is Leopardstar’s father is quite important too). He is horrified by what is happening. Spottedleaf visits him in a dream and says that help is on the way.

When she smells Fireheart and Graystripe, she knows Spottedleaf meant.

It is too late. Tigerstar ordered Stonefur to kill Featherpaw and Stormpaw and her brave brother is now going to die, protecting the apprentices.

She cannot allow that.

Since Swanheart and Mossstorm are also not isolated, as they are not half-bloods and Tigerstar did not think they would stand up to him, Mosspool tells them to, when the time is right, help Stonefur escape and not let him waste his life. She also begs them to leave as well, even lying that this is the will of Starclan.

She then runs through her clanmates and jumps on Blackfoot, when he is about to murder her brother. She aims for his eyes and blinds him, using the little battle training Mudfur and Oakheart had given her. Swanheart and Mossstorm urge Stonefur to escape and together with Mistyfoot, Featherpaw, Stormpaw and Mosspelt they ran away to Thunderclan camp, even though every single one of them is devastated to leave her behind.

Mosspool is killed by Darkstripe. Tigerstar later calls him pathetic, saying that the only enemy he could defeat was a weak medicine cat. Blackfoot loses his eyesight forever. Russetfur is made the new deputy of Shadowclan.

Mudfur is heartbroken. He sits near Mosspool’s body for a long time, unable to believe that his apprentice is dead and it was his daughter’s actions that made everything come to this.

In Starclan Mosspool is greeted by Graypool, Thrushpelt, Oakheart, Bluestar and Spottedleaf. They are upset that she is here so soon, but are impressed and touched by her bravery. Together they go towards the stars. Redtail also visits soon to see his friend.

After Tigerstar is gone and Bloodclan is defeated, Mossstorm, repulsed by her former mentor’s actions and choices, asks Firestar to become a warrior of Thunderclan, to which he agrees. Featherpaw, following her aunt, also decides to stay in the clan of her father. She later becomes mates with Ferncloud.

Stonefur wants to challenge Leopardstar and avenge his sibling, but Mosspool visits him in a dream and begs him not to – Riverclan has been through enough and needs peace. She promises that one day her brother will be a great leader.

From Starclan Mossflight watches Sasha, after he learns that she had been mates with Tigerstar. He feels no hate towards she-cat or her future kits. In fact, he is sorry for them.

When the kits are born, he soon knows that one of them is destined to take his place as Mudfur’s apprentice. While watching them, he realises, that it is Moth.

Mosspool takes little Moth under her wing, visiting her in dreams and telling her of the clans. When Moth and her siblings fall asleep in the abandoned building, she tells her to wake up and get out. The kits make it in time and Tadpole survives.

Sasha still takes the three of them to Riverclan, since her daughter won’t stop speaking of it. Moth is given to Mistyfoot and Leopardstar takes Hawk. Tadpole is given to Stonefur. Moth briefly trains as a warrior, but joins Mudfur much sooner than in canon, because Mosspool sends him a real sign. She also visits him in a dream and says that she cannot hope for a better successor.

When he names Mothpaw, the name “Mothwing” it is a gesture to Mossflight.

Tadpole becomes Tadpolestone, after his mentor. He is then visited by Mossflight and Oakheart and is chosen to find the Sun-Drown-Place. Feathertail is still chosen by the spirits from the Tribe of Endless Hunting to save the tribe, so she goes as well with Brambleflower (Brambleclaw) and Squirrelpaw.

Mossflight continues to watch the clans from the stars and spends an eternity with Spottedleaf. He gives Stonestar the life of Bravery.

Bramblestar fans: “How is Bramblestar abusive?! What evidence do you have to suggest that he is?!”

Me: There’s an hour long video with a wide range of points on how his character has shown common methods and tropes of abusive people throughout the series. Why don’t any of you try to refute those established points? If you’re so sure videos like Moonkitti’s or Bright Guardian Akira’s make baseless arguments, why don’t you try to prove them wrong? Surely, if you’re so sure of yourselves, you can provide a decent counter argument, right?

Bramblestar fans: …

Me: Well?

Bramblestar fans: Whatever! You’re just siding with Squirrel because she’s your favourite character!

Me: Hmm. And you’re siding with Bramble because..?

What they don’t understand about birthdays and what they never tell you is that when you’re eleven, you’re also ten, and nine, and eight, and seven, and six, and five, and four, and three and two and one. And when you wake up on your eleventh birthday you expect to feel eleven, but you don’t. You open your eyes and everything’s just like yesterday, only it’s today. And you don’t feel eleven at all. You feel like you’re still ten. And you are—underneath the year that makes you eleven.

Like some days you might say something stupid, and that’s the part of you that’s still ten. Or maybe some days you might need to sit on your mama’s lap because you’re scared, and that’s the part of you that’s five. And maybe one day when you’re all grown up maybe you will need to cry like you’re three, and that’s okay. That’s what I tell Mama when she’s sad and needs to cry. Maybe she’s feeling three.

Because the way you grow old is kind of like an onion or like the rings inside a tree trunk or like my little wooden dolls that fit one inside the other, each year inside the next one. That’s how being eleven years old is.

I’m eleven today. I’m eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, and one, but I wish I was one hundred and two. I wish I was anything but eleven, because I want today to be far away already, far away like a runaway balloon, like a tiny o in the sky, so tiny-tiny you have to close your eyes to see.

Okay So If I Put My Utter Horror Of This Idea Aside, I Can Just About Being Myself To Think This Over.

Okay so if I put my utter horror of this idea aside, I can just about being myself to think this over.

To me, this would be one of the worst writing decisions made. Not in Warriors. In literature itself. What the hell would be the point of this? Believe it or not, this would make Squirrelflights Hope an even bigger disgrace of a book than it already is!

There is literally no point in having a character come back from the dead in one book if you’re just going to kill them off for real not even four years later! That would just be a tactic by the team to piss off the fanbase! I don’t think they’re blind to how popular Squilf is, so to kill her off permanently after a full book about her coming back from the dead once before would not only make the “journey” of that book utterly pointless, it would demean the impact of the characters and the whole series in general! It would also demean her journey in the current series; what’s the point of her fighting to be with Bramble again if they’re just going to separate them at the end by having her be the one who’s dead this time?! And before anyone says, oh but that would be the same if Bramble is the one who dies, no it’s not, because Darkness Within had the idea that Squirrel needed to come to terms with the fact that Bramble wasn’t coming back, therefore foreshadowing his permanent death. If they just Uno Reverse the two at the end, it’s purely based on a sense of bias by the writers, because that would be a terrible writing decision.

This would be like bringing back Spider Man or Doctor Strange in Endgame just to kill them off at the end of the movie! Or like when Harry Potter was revived at the end of Deathly Hallows just to kill him off ten seconds later! It’s complete bullshit!

So yeah, I don’t think this will happen, but if it does... By God does it prove how shitty the writing team for this series actually was. I am being fully serious when I say that in the small chance this scenario occurs, I am never coming back to this damn series again!

Who can actually like this character?!

Y’all remember when Sunrise was bleeding out in Thunderclan camp and Bramblestar refused to let Leafpool treat her? And Leafpool couldn’t sit idle and let her die so she gets up to treat her and Bramblestar leaps in front of Leafpool to intimidate her into submission? And Squirrelflight thinks he’s going to attack her? Yeah…

truly i think squirrelflight probably has severe anxiety from both of her relationships w ashfur and brambleclaw…..like We Know This but truthfully i think the fact that she had these two dudes constantly projecting their insecurities onto her and misinterpreting whatever she said to be held against her, and holding her responsible for their shortcomings….i rly think she has a hard time getting closer to new cats esp new toms bc of them
