Teens on the Internet did not download ibis paint n spend hours drawing on their phones with their fingers for you to say art is an exclusive club for rich ppl that's sooo hard to get into

Yes some art tools might by stupidly expensive that's a separate problem but no one is stopping you from picking up the cheapest papers n pencils and getting into art no one is stopping you from downloading a free art program on your phone or opening an art site and getting into art you can draw in the notes app for fucks sake
