Toby the Tram Engine - Oaken Rizz

Discussed in a Discord server not 15 minutes ago . . .

Toby: "I can't helping being so good-looking! I was there when Jesus fed the five thousand!!"

Thomas: "That- . . . How does that even relate?"

Toby: "I'm not saying he liked me more Thomas, I'm just saying he fed me a bit more than the rest that day." *Trundles away.*

Thomas: *Speechless.*

Later that same day . . .

Percy: *Not five minutes after arriving at Ffarquhar sheds with the mail.* "Henrietta told me that Toby is a 10, but I thought he was a Tram & number 7?"

Thomas and Daisy: *Choke on their drinks and splutter helplessly.*

Daisy: *Recovers and clears her Throat.* "My dear Percy, that TOBY is a 5 at MOST.

Henrietta: *In the Carriage shed next to Daisy.* "My Toby is absolutely a ten, you motorized trollop!!"

Daisy: *Is offended and gasps in Highly Sprung.* "EXCUSE ME?!"

Thomas: *Finally recovers from his coughing fit to pacify the others.* "That's because Henrietta is Toby's wife, Percy. Of course, she exaggerating."

Henrietta: *Gives Thomas a dry, unimpressed look.* "Not when you're around, box-top."

Thomas: *Blinks like he's been slapped.* "Eh-?"

Henrietta: *Smugly.* "If you'd heard half the things Annie and Clarabel have told me about My Toby, that I already know, mind you, you'd wonder why they still travel with you at all."

Thomas: *Is offended in Little Engine.* "OYY!!"

Percy: *Perplexed and tilts his face like a puppy.* "What's a . . . wife?"

Thomas: *Recovers again.* "Ugh . . ." *Thinking 'I need another drink . . .'*

The Two Ravens

So realised the other day that Tokoyami's naming conventions are Mythology based, Fallen Angel, Ragnarok, Tsukuyomi being the Goddess of the Moon in Japanese mythology.

You could even consider Dark Shadow a Valkyrie consider in the Smash comics they are female.

Hell you could further the connection by saying that the two could represent Hugin and Munin, Odin's two raven's, well now I've got names for two swords.

Right Hand Law. Never Over the Heart

Another ability ramble but Kaminari never seems to use electricity from his left hand, he uses both hands to generate massive charges semi frequently and his right when running with his Pointer, but at no point does he exclusively use his left.

Now this is likely down to him being right handed and him knowing Flemings Right Hand Law, but I was thinking in true over analyzing fashion There has to be another reason!

Then I remembered back to when I watched Avatar, when teaching Zuko lightning redirection Iroh tells him to direct all of the energy through the stomach, now lighting redirection is the movement of energy from one hand to the other, moving through the stomach as to not have the energy travel across the heart and fatally injure the user of the technique.

Now technically it doesn't seem that Denki has issues with the electricity hurting his body other than his brain but knowing him he might have taken this advice to, well I was going to say heart but that's were it shouldn't be going, so stomach then. It also might have been slight fear that the generation could damage his heart in a similar way to his brain so he uses the right hand to keep as much power away from his heart as possible.

Considering that Todoroki was based off Zuko, it doesn't sound to far fetched to me that Horikoshi included this as possibly homage to Avatar.

This, she is the only one that looks past his 'I'm an asshole' persona from the first moment, she takes no shit from anyone especially him, note that Bakugou tends to respect those who take no shit from him, and Jirou doesn't, that put's her in the top rankings alongside Momo.

Also I'm always so confused why she isn't like always considered BakuSquad, she is probably the one person of that friend group he can straight up stand normally, what's the bet it was a subconscious choice, "I need someone snide as shit in this group of idiots, she's just about the only person I can stand for that reason, she's in."

I think of the gang the only person who she hasn't really interacted with on screen is Kirishima, but plenty of showings with the others.

Jirou isn't insular in who her friends are or who she interacts with because everyone in class likes her, there's another post about this but like everyone likes Kyouka, I can't think of anyone who doesn't have a good relationship with her, hell if we take the Radio show being canon into consideration, even Monoma who rags on Class 1-A likes her to some degree.

Why Jiro and Bakugo are canonically lowkey besties

Class 1A don't know each other very well yet, but some of their most introverted members have already figured out who they're okay sitting next to (notice how todoroki's sitting alone bc we're too early in his arc btw). and look at her only mildly annoyed with his antics while everyone else freaks out at this gremlin
