thinking about mha ending without being able to see all of the characters grow and reach their own individual happy endings. ship or not idc. i just want them to be happy

i still want to see Class 1-A, now 2-A, graduate. i want to see the big three become official heroes

i want to see happy moments after all of the battles they've went through

nearly all of the characters in mha have supplied immense happiness to the fandom for so long. I want them to have that much happiness (if more than that isn't possible) for themselves

I love my MHA OC because normally you go the hero route, and he is strong enough to do that, but he spends his time in developing costumes and hero suits, so he's support course, but is more a Tailor/Chemist rather than the standard Engineer that the rest of them are.

The second this exchange student was on the premises and made aware of the costume situation, he lost a part of himself.

The funny part is that Wyn-Swep is genuinely just me as a character loosing my mind over costume design and policy, I'm making shit up to explain various new costume design developments, made this thing called a Cell Fabric Integrator, or CFI to explain the DNA costumes without having characters to get massive haircuts, might do some posts about Lysander and how the Second Year heroes are the bane of his existence and how he really shouldn't have transferred.

He's a brilliant little British man losing his mind because no one seems to be considering ease of access and comfort in hero suits.

How about some post war arc headcanons for TetsuKendo?

i love these two so much, they're such a nice healthy couple

- I hc that they started dating during their school years (post war arc makes sense because that's where everything calms down and stuff) and they were the first official relationship in the class

- Setsuna and Komori were so damn happy because they shipped it since day one and it finally happened, the otp became reality!!

- Also, aggresively supportive Monoma. Imagine him following them around all like "oh my god look at them, they're so beautiful together, truly a match made in heaven, go on and show me a class 1-A couple better than these two, oh wait, NO ONE'S DATING IN CLASS 1-A WHAT A SHAME" and Kendo wondering whether she should karate chop him or not

- Kendo would often help Tetsutetsu with studying even before they started dating

- They both suck at cooking, but this doesn't stop them with trying to learn it (i mean they have to, someones gotta cook when theyre adults) and making everyone worried about the well-being of the dorm kitchen

- These two have so much power couple vibes, they definitely work out together and they're sparring partners too

- They think of each other a lot when doing hero work, like the "what would Deku do" thing some 1-A people do.

Tetsutetsu is quite reckless and tends to throw himself into action without thinking about it much, Kendo on the other hand is a great planner who sometimes ends up overanalyzing the situation, so they make a perfect balance - Tetsutetsu thinks "Itsuka would probably stop for a moment and think it through" and Kendo thinks "Tetsu would probably stop overthinking this thing and actually go kick that villain's ass"

- Ok but adult Tetsukendo working in a shared hero agency and generally being one of the most well-known hero couples out there (i think that some hero couples are more public but others are more independent from each other, own separate agencies or keeping their relationship secret for one reason or another. Tetsukendo is definitely more like the first kind)

- Also the "married couple who keeps making their kids cringe because they refuse to stop being cheesy in public" dynamic fits them so well

I'll stand by this, especially the part about sounding like Sir Christopher Lee, I love when the characters just have like a random voice that total sounds like they'd have that, even though we have no idea who they are

Imagine with me that Tokoyami’s father is a stately raven-heteromorph gentleman who sells insurance.  Only, like Tokoyami, he speaks entirely in doom and prophecy, like he’s doing a read for one of Edgar Allan Poe’s more unnerving works.

“There are many ways in which a life can be upended.  The tremors of tectonic plates, catastrophic floods and tsunami waves, vehicular accidents, the deterioration of one’s precious health, a carelessly placed candle growing into an all-consuming inferno that destroys all that you hold dear.  Are you certain you wish to traverse your years unprepared for so adverse an event?”

Oh, and he sounds like Christopher Lee.

More MHA Rambling

Do you think some of the superheroes from the Incredibles existed at one point, like not exactly everyone of them but like there are some heroes that existed and had similar powers and designs to the ones we've seen in the franchise.

Like say someone has gone to the support course to request some gear and they start suggesting capes and the whole room all at once yells 'NO CAPES!' If I were to be writing characters talking about older superheroes I would totally take beats from the Incredibles.

'God Denki's like that old American Hero, what was his name, the one that had to cool his head before fighting a pretty villainess, the radiation one, YEAH GAMMA JACK, that's the one.'

'Hey Bakugo you really should have gone with the Dynaguy name'

'Hey No! That would be disrespectful to the original!'

I think the general idea of using the really good Incredibles superhero names as background references would be really funny, as it's always really fun to hear about the older heroes in MHA, when we do it's usually one of the previous AFO holders or Crimson Riot.
