I see this postcard posted online a lot with "ca. 1910". Since she has a newspaper in her lap I thought maybe I could get a little more specific, so I went on a research binge and found it. It's a copy of a French newspaper called Le Miroir from August, 1915. Source. Scan of the newspaper.
