Abbadons' Gilded Gala Event!

Hello! Eve-of-Halloween here hosting my first-ever community event in celebration of reaching 200 followers! This event will have story/plot significance for sinnohsiblings! Event Dates: 8/31/23 - 10/1/23 What Is this event? Lord Abbadon is hosting a formal ball in his grand palace on the peak of Mount Coronet, and all are invited! Formal attire is required and Legendaries are highly encouraged to join and socialize with their fellow legends of other worlds. Abbadon has extended this invitation across the multiverse. Some rumors say he's playing matchmaker, others say it's an excuse to see his wife but who knows! Who can attend? ANYONE in the Pokemon Askblog community! If your character is capable of shapeshifting they are heavily encouraged to come disguised as humans. If your character is unable to transform Lord Abbadon has commissioned special rings for any non-legendary guest in attendance to grant them the ability to transform if they so desire. You are allowed to bring a plus one but if you bring children there will be a separate area to provide them with games and entertainment as the adult attendees' refreshment table will serve adult beverages such as wines. Children will not be permitted in that area. But food and non-alcoholic drinks will also be provided for all guests. What should I wear?

Anything formal by your character's standards! So long as your character feels good in what they are wearing it will be permitted. But you should dress to impress given the guests of honor. This Gala is basically an overly formal version of a meet-and-greet to get his children to socialize with other Pokemon and legends as they've become far too reclusive for his liking. Examples of outfits can be seen here with Galadriel, Zephyr and Parisa!

How do I participate?

Feel free to interact with other guests/blogs and the cast of this blog. The purpose of this event is to get people to socialize and maybe get out of their shells! Rumor has it that the god of love is a special guest attending at Lord Abbadon's request to work her magic~! So keep an eye out for her! Lady Amore will be playing Cupid and may temporarily hit you with a 3-ask infatuation spell! (This is an optional part of the event see the tags section for how to consent to this event) For those who participate at the end of the event, I will be raffling 2 legendary designs! One of the designs is the daughter of the god of love herself! Perhaps this is her token of apology for all the chaos she is bound to cause~! But beware if you are caught causing too much of a ruckus or entering the off-limits areas the Lycan legion guards of on-duty Zacian and Zamazenta will toss you off the mountain top!

Bad Ending: Peaceful World

In this future a corporation was getting ready to make the world follow one rule with a machine that has the power to remove individuality, emotions, and free will from the world and it blew up. M was not able to get there in time and he watched as the blast happened lucky he survived the blast but he was out for a long time, and when he woke up he saw a world with no day or night it was just grey M needed to know what happened so when to a town and what he saw was a nightmare.

Once M made it to town what he saw was people and pokemon smiling and at first it was nothing but the more he looked he saw all their eyes were empty then he ran and asked around what happened and the answers were the same “Everything is fine” they all answered and M was stumped when he saw a recorded news report. The recorded news report stated how the machine blew up and infected the world with a pandemic that was slowly erasing individuality it was not bad at first but as time grew the effects was getting worst until the record ended and when m looked it had been over 1000 years since that day and M realized that the blasted had effected the natural balance of the universe.

The world had no more war or conflict humans and pokemon were living happily with no fear or negativity it was truly a peaceful world but it caused free will and  individuality, M now lives i this grey world filled with the empty shells of life as his personal hell.

(So, yesterday’s post got me thinking. What would other people characters look like if they went through a bad ending to their story? How would a poor ending impact their characters? And so I’ve decided to make a drawpile. I think that’s what’s they’re called?

What would your character look like if things ended poorly for them in your story or didn’t turn out the way they had hoped? What would a bad ending look like? I want to combine this into one big art thing like the plushie parade I did before. Reblog onto this post your version and tag me. Bad End Destino:

After everything became messed up and nobody believed them about what should have happened, Destino decided to accept their fate. They soon became monarch after proving they had the skills needed to rule. However, certain influences from a mysterious Pokémon twisted their mind, making Destino more likely to do whatever it takes to get what they deserved. Their parents, the old king and queen, tried to stop them but they were far too powerful with the help of this mysterious Pokémon. Even the royal bodyguards who had served the old King and Queen for years were helpless against Destino.

With the old King and Queen dead, Monarch Destino wanted to make their kingdom larger. Their knowledge of the surface helped greatly with taking over it. They stole the Absolite and hid any other mega stones that could be used against them. Nobody could stop Monarch Destino and the mysterious Pokémon constantly by their side. Soon, the land of Arkaedia belonged to Destino. The tyrannical rule of mad Monarch Destino caused the residents to fear doing anything to upset their new ruler, so followed their rules perfectly.

A Gengar by the name of Felix attempted to talk Destino out of what they were doing. He assumed he could get through to the Absol he once loved. However, this ended with the Felix sharing the same fate as Destino's parents.

It's the last spicy ramen of the night. He's dumping in all of the ingredients. All of them. Full peppercorns, whole peppers, hand fulls of pepper flakes, a bottle of chili oil, and some extra accoutrements. Let's add a couple of eggs and some greenery. Why not? Maybe the vegetables will it'll add some kick.

The bowl is placed unceremoniously on the counter. Pepper flakes and other spices are knocked into the air like hellish mushroom spores.

Is this even ramen? The noodles are getting pushed out of the bowl by a literal mound of black peppercorns. This looks like the world's first ramen broth you can chew.

He reaches for the bowl and pulls it back. This isn't what he wants to serve you. You deserve better than this, absurd request and all.

Sure, you ordered this, but he was frustrated when he made it. He doesn't want to be known as Castelia City's "Spicy Ramen Frog Demon" that destroys people's stomachs (and make beaks fall off). He's always wanted people to come here to relax. This is his busiest night yet with the most generous customers to date. His nerves got to him before he knew it.

A bowl of ramen this late should be made with consideration to your comfort, not an attempt at your life.
