and by the way, major kudos to the authors of WFA for not treating Jason like he's incompetent. the family could've just met up without him knowing to discuss the course of action, instead they included him and didn't treat him like he's broken. yes, it backfired, but also at least Jason knows that his family doesn't consider his PTSD as a liability, or as something that makes him entirely useless or triggered at the slightest mention of the Joker. because he did look for Duke, after all, and he did show up at Tim's to discuss what to do since Bruce's shutting them all out. the fact that he got triggered anyway doesn't make him any less competent or any less capable and his family knows and won't hesitate to be there for him through it all.

I want Jason to start crying during therapy and for his therapist to tell him very sincerely that they're really glad he can still cry, that most men in his position would have cut themselves off from that vulnerability and they're really proud of him and for Jason to just cry harder
