iof bombed another school. they killed at least 25 people, which includes at least 7 women and children just a few hours ago today (July 9). [abc news story] [cnn news story]
do cis people realise that trans people get misgendered even if we pass? a trans man could walk up in a full beard and still be called “miss” because people are transphobic, not because he looks like woman. obviously non-passing trans people get misgendered more often, but there’s really more layers (aka transphobia) to being misgendered apart from “i pass all the time thus no one ever misgenders me”

Palestinian activists get their message across on Londons iconic Tower Bridge landmark- one of the cities most historic buildings. We need a ceasefire now.
On Friday July 12th, 2019, Lights for Liberty: A Vigil to End Human Concentration Camps, will bring thousands of people to locations worldwide as well as to concentration camps across the country, into the streets and into their own front yards, to protest the inhumane conditions faced by refugees.
At Trump’s concentration camps, teen mothers and babies are held outdoors in “dog pounds.” We have witnessed the sick and elderly confined to “icebox” rooms for weeks at a time. Unbelievably, children as young as 4 months are taken from their parents, medicine is confiscated, and medical care withheld, and LGBTQ and disabled individuals are held in solitary confinement.
Perhaps most terrifying, refugees are beginning to be moved onto military grounds, where there will be a lack of oversight from the media, lawyers, and human rights monitors.
“Now is the time for every person to stand up and say, ‘We will not accept this!’ No more hesitating. No more denial. No more fear. We need to be bold, and loud, and unrelenting. That’s the only way we can stop this.”

Hi guys, as you may recall, Wafaa (@wafans-blog) recently got in contact with her brother Muhammad and sister Shaima, who thankfully are unharmed with their spouses and children. Wafaa is verified on @el-shab-hussein and @nabulsi's vetted spreadsheet (family number #171).
The campaign has been stagnating for more than 12 hours now, I cannot impress upon you more that this pair of brother and sister, who have 10 children in total, need your help to evacuate their children and keep them safe.
A trauma surgeon at a Khan Younis field hospital reported late last night that the iof repeatedly and fatally targets children by "firing directly at their head and chest" especially during this new round of offenses in Khan Younis. Please don't only be mobilized by tragedy. Help now.
Muhammad hopes that his newborn son, Salem, who only a few weeks old, can evacuate with Wafaa's family who has raised their evacuation fees. Salem is a priority concern because the overwhelmed hospital in Khan Younis does not have vaccines for him, making him especially susceptible to viral infections that have been spreading among the al-Mawasi camp.

Abood @abood-gaza2 and his pregnant wife NEED you to save them. Proof they are vetted here. It costs ~$8000 to evacuate to Egypt and that number is increasing all the time due to sick people trying to capitalise on misfortune and chaos.
"I studied accounting, graduated with a high average, and worked in a chain of clothing stores that my father owned. But due to the unjust aggression, all our shops were destroyed, and we lost our source of livelihood and work completely. I was displaced from my home more than 10 times, each time trying to find a safe place, but there really is no safety here. Here we live death, fear, and loss at every moment. We love life and we always have ambitions and dreams that we hope to achieve and we are determined to achieve them as well."
Please help this beautiful family who are currently living in tents and facing a harsh and dangerous winter coming up evacuate as soon as they can for the sake of their unborn son as well as their own sakes, and read their story. They're 1/4 of a way to their goal. Get them closer, every little bit counts.
