I feel you, it really isn't making any sense of why Eli is acting this way. I understand that his heart is probably completely shattered over (what he thinks is) Clare and Drew's baby but I've never seen him this angry with anyone, not even when he was in the situation with Fitz. I hope there's some other explanation for this too, even if the answer is that he's off his meds.
