Falling for Hanzo:

Hanzo is actively against the idea of moving on, content to let his legacy be the students he trains. Needless to say he won’t take kindly to flirting of any kind, so the only path to a relationship is friendship. He, quite understandably, needs time to process his tumultuous feelings, the ripple affects they could cause and the minefield of guilt that comes with any growing affection.
