The Old Guard-Pacific Rim AU/Crossover Ideas

I’m writing the obligatory Old Guard/Pacific Rim AU Crossover fic, and here’s what I’ve got so far. 

- Andy is Raleigh in this senario (broody, slight depressed, lost-a-loved-one pretty boy? Yeah, that’s Andy to a T)

- Nile is Mako (because of course she is)

- Andy lost Quynh in a mission, in which Quynh was trapped inside the other half of a Jeager when they were attacked, and Quynh sunk to the bottom of the sea in it. After which Andy leaves to go off to the coastal wall project.

- Andy and Quynh’s Jeager is called Labrys

- Joe and Nicky’s Jeager is called The Crusader (on second thought, no, bad idea, let’s name it something else, The Scimitar? The Longsword? OR The Mouse?)

- Joe and Nicky are the Kaidanovskys in this scenario, (the married Russian Jeager pilots) 

- Keane is Hannibal Chau (because he fits, take a moment to think about it)

- Merrick and Dr. Kozack take the places of Herman and Newton respectively. (because I said so, that’s why. No, I don’t take criticism) 

- Lykon is Marshal Pentecost (shut up I’m a f*cking genius)

- Nile is his ward who teams up with Andy to pilot the defunct Labrys (because hell YEAH)

- Booker and Copley are the Hansens, and they pilot the Jeager called the Frenchman (yes, I know I’m a genius)

- The fight scene Andy and Nile had in the plane, is now the training/fight scene between Raleigh and Mako - Quynh still comes back at the end of course! She survived due to exposure to Kaiju Blue (Kaijui blood) - I need someone to be Tendo and I’m blanking out here. - The highlight of this is that Andy and Nile are drift compatible (literally every character is with a drift compatible partner in this AU) - Does anyone die? I’m still working that out

- Andy and Booker still have the Raleigh/Chuck showdown, naturally

- The Jeager Program is now called The Old Guard program, (obviously) Got any ideas? lay them on me.
