I went to see Six the musical recently, and it gave me the idea to make an AU for Drrr!! I had to include characters from Ikebukuro Records to have all six queens but at least they all fit. If I went with canon characters the options were either not fitting, boring, or underage. Anyway. I like it. Is it normal to want to write fanfics for your own stuff?

(I encourage people to reblog my work because I'm going through a glitch where tumblr is making me get blocked by people I don't even know. It's rather annoying and hindering so it would be really helpful)

So last week I had a post where I briefly mentioned I might do Ikebukuro Records art or something for the week of Halloween...the chances of that have slimmed. Normally my college has something called a reading week, where everyone gets little to no additional work to catch up on reading assignments and such as well as no classes. However, this year that doesn't seem to be the case, because the college year started late in order for new students to prepare for entry, due to postponed entry exams. So now to catch up, we don't have Halloween off, and we're getting off Christmas late. I have a lot of things to complain about but it's probably best I don't do that, but in conclusion I probably can't do anything special for the holiday. I will try to scrounge up some old drawings I might have lying around but don't expect anything of high quality. People are free to draw their own art or write or ask anything if they wish, but I'll be busy drowning in literature.

Love the idea that by virtue of having dated Izaya, Mikage is one of the few people who aren't afraid of him

One of my favourite things to do lately is draw Izaya. Specifically redraw screenshots and official art of him in my style. So here, have some Izaya.

A RETURN TO IKEBUKURO…

It was another day like any other until a young woman learned that her boss had planned a job transfer for her. Her destination? A city in Tokyo, Japan by the name of Ikebukuro.  The city had been blessed with five years of normalcy,  which made more tourists visit.  Her best friend, Arabella Faraldo, was excited to visit such a grand city so she insisted on joining the young journalist on her journey.  Unbeknownst to them, two famous figures known by its occupants through causing destruction have returned to the city.  With a new gang on the rise,  an unhinged informant with a “love” for humanity, supernatural entities and flying vending machines, the young woman’s new job is the least of her worries as a new Ikebukurian!
