If enough people do it, intersex people might actually be able to participate in the fandom without seeing goddamn slurs everywhere. It's exhausting. It contributes to people believing fetishistic misinformation about real intersex people.

Tell people to use bigenital, salmacian, or dualsex, instead. If they're looking for a more scientific and less fiction-centric term, suggest cosexed, gonosimulite, or monoecious.

This is not difficult. Do better. Stop saying hermaphrodite.
