As you can figure it is not enough for us to pay bills and food.

To top it off I've been battling to get the medical care i need as i got a tumor detected in October 2022. It has been affecting my daily life as i can't work as well as before and my capacity to provide money has been greatly impacted.

I've been trying to get back to boosting my work on my own, like this or this but there are some days getting up is challenging between the lack of energy and the abdominal pain.
