Hello, I'm Ola, a graduate student from the faculty of science - Al-Azhar University in G@za P@lestine. I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story. As you reading my message, myself and my family, “my mother, father, three sisters, and my little brother,” are trying to survive under all kinds of suffering including but not limited to fear, instability, and starvation, thirst, and poverty in northern G@za.

After 448 days of suffering, I am writing to you today with a heavy heart, in desperate need of your help. I cannot describe how harsh the situation we are living in is. My family is suffering from the biting cold of winter, and we are facing a severe shortage of food and clothing. Every day feels like a lifetime, and every moment makes me feel helpless and hopeless. 💔

After the prices went up so crazy, I created this campaign to help my family provide food, water and essential needs. I know for sure that you can't help all families that want your help but at least you can help those who come across your life.

It’s about the love between the revolutionary and his right-hand man. The one that became fraternal, that went between life and death, that demonstrates how love and hate are not opposites but counterparts. That they are fuelled by care, by fear, by the inability to let go even when it makes your hands bleed. Hamoud’s life is defined by hunger, fear, and cold. He deserves so much more. He deserves to play, to laugh, to have the warmth of a home, and the joy of childhood. But for now, he’s fighting for the basic things every child should have—food, safety, and warmth

I once lived a peaceful life with simple dreams, but everything changed on October 7th, 2023, when war tore through Gaza. I had to flee my home, leaving behind everything I knew, and now I live alone in a tent made of torn fabric in southern Gaza.

The constant bombings are unbearable, but being a lesbian in a society that rejects me is even harder.

I live in constant fear of judgment and violence. On top of this, I face extreme shortages of food, water, and basic supplies.

Life has become a daily fight for survival.

Ezzdeen my big son was 7 when the war started now he is 8 years old and suffering from huge weight loss because he is very picky in his food, we try to buy him the food he accept but it is hard in our situations, Ameer my little son was 5 and now he is 6, he supposed to be at his first year at school now but what he forced to live is very diffirent!

Today after a whole year of displacement and the harsh suffering we are still living in this genocide in Gaza.

After our many attempts to survive, we actually survived, but it was only the survival of the body, the soul and the psychological health for me, my husband and my two children did not survive! Even the body survived apparently, but it is very weak due to the famine and the suffering in obtaining food and drink.

As the conflict escalates, our access to food, clean water, and basic necessities has dwindled. Everyday here is like a battle, not just with death surrounding us everywhere, but against huner and despair.

Today, after more than a year of living under the genocide, losing everything in our lives. More than a year of patience on famine and suffering and trying to overcome difficulties to survive, A whole year full of WHERE DO WE GO? what is our fault? what is our kids fault?

I am Tareq, the eldest son in my family, writing to you today from Deir al-Balah, South Gaza. We are currently living in a shelter provided by UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency), but the conditions here are extremely difficult. Our lives are constantly at risk, with the threat of airstrikes and destruction surrounding us at all times.
