- When giving your refs on email, please include your id @_____ so I know it was you that commissioned me if you're from IG or Tumblr.

- Revisions and changes on WIP will be allowed up to 3 turns. Only for when sketching or flat color progress (don't worry, I'll ask you again for the last time before finalizing the comms).

- If there's any major changes, it'll be charged.

- If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

REFUND POLICY:

You can ask for refund until I have sent you the rough sketch/draft. After that, this topic is non-negotiable unless the problem is from my side, and I can't, for whatever circumstance, continue the commission.
