Hey Lovelies! I decided to do this because Angie (sassyyogi) is traveling abroad and can’t do the next installment of the Yoga Challenge. I loved the first one so much and I didn’t want to stop! I really think documenting the poses are great for progress and to actually really know you’re doing the post correctly.
Remember not to push yourself, just do as much as you can and don’t worry. We’re all in this together for learning, progress and fun! Hold each pose for 4 deep breaths and move out of the pose slowly.

I don’t want us to be those parents who never act romantic in front of their children. I want our kids to learn how to really love somebody because we lead by example. So kiss me in the kitchen while I’m pouring cereal, cuddle with me on the couch during family movie night, and hold my hand while we grocery shop.
Let’s show them what true love looks like, so when they find it for themselves they’ll never let it go.
