remembering an interaction you had with The Character or their actor long before your obsession is really funny. like i remember years ago people were fan casting Sebastian Stan as young(er) Luke Skywalker in the shows after the deep fake in the mandalorian looked so bad. and all the way back then i was like "who is that? oh the winter soldier guy. yeah i can see it" cut to now where my pinterest and youtube notifications are 80% bucky content and im seeing thunderbolts again in a couple days and he's my gender envy/inspo like. damn. i had no idea.

What's really beautiful about Sambucky is that they're always 10 seconds away from being canon.

What I mean is that if the rolling in the field scene, where Bucky was on top of Sam, or the therapy scene with their legs entertained together, or that scene on the second day on the boat, or their handshake scene, or their last, scene walking away together, if any of those scenes had lasted 5 or 10 seconds longer, Sambucky would be canon canon by now.
