There’s literally no way Red Son isn’t Mei’s instagram boyfriend like !!! And you KNOW he’ll become such a perfectionist about it too
- Davey, not that he is an adult, also LOVES to drink. He often sneaks out of camp to go to the town bar (he also loves to drive) - He is a lightweight so he passes out very quickly / gets drunk very quickly - Max often hitches a ride in order to help Davey back to camp when he’s fucked up
- at first it was hilarious watching Davey get himself drunk after literally one shot, but as the days go by Max has had to drag his toddler ass out of the bar far too many times for starting drunk fights or just endangering his liver in general for having so self-control - that and Davey is a mean little bitch when he’s hungover - Max refuses to admit it but he’s seriously worried this kind of shit will affect David getting his memory back
- Max wants his sane dad back okay
At my theater, I literally saw a group of 9 women all dressed like fairy princesses, and they sat behind me and they laughed and giggled the loudest and held hands and when the movie ended, they screamed and shouted and applauded.
And it was beautiful.
I felt like every adult woman in my theater was 10 years old again, bashing their Barbies together with their friends and wearing glitter on their cheeks.
I woke up in the middle of the night with the realization that Barbie initially sets off on a mission to cheer up the 'girl' who was having the existential, 'weird', thoughts but at some point, she abandons the "cheering up" part of that mission. Barbie meets Gloria and her daughter, and she realizes that Gloria was the one who had those thoughts, but there's never a scene where she tries to get Gloria to change her attitude. Barbie sat in that park and she came to terms with her own emotions, and as the movie went on, she continued to experience the ups and downs of being human, of being a woman, and in doing so, she validated Gloria's feelings. Gloria didn't need to change, she didn't need to stop having these thoughts and emotions. She was completely valid having her own existential feelings and processing her feelings through Barbie, like so many people do.
Just trying to survive this art block, requests open <3 Currently depressed out of my god damn mind
