I heard this guy was surprisingly popular, so in honour of Tattoo Dog from the hit show Slow Horses, I made these textpost memes that kinda fit his vibe.

It's both funny and sweet how much he was a standout to a bunch of people (as a side character? we're calling him a side character, right?). That's the power of good character design I guess.

I rarely draw characters in somewhat detailed backgrounds, so this was definitely outta my comfort zone! Whilst it was difficult, I think adding a background created a sort of narrative to the piece? Overall, I think it turned out pretty well.

The writers of Disney's Percy Jackson could do the funniest thing... Do you know how Percy mocks Athena with the posh english accent? They could let Toby Stephens keep his accent, his very natural and very posh english accent.

Then, when they meet for the first time, with Annabeth and Grover in tow, and Poseidon open his mouth... the poor boy would be so mortified and ashamed that his deadbeat dad speak with that accent, that he would momentarily forget about his quest for child support: "Stop that sound you're making with your mouth. You're so embarrassing"
