Is is possible Tezca taking Alex has nothing to do with Michael, considering in the next episode Bonnie says Tezca wanted her to kill Michael? I don't see why Alex would be needed as leverage against Michael if she wanted him dead.
Also: when exactly are we supposed to be getting this "romantic" storyline for Malex that Chris was so proud of & thought people would "dig," because I'm beyond irritated that Alex is even barely mentioned. The only thing to dig here is Alex's body from the ground. 😒😒
I might not be in love, but I’m in like. I’m in serious like.

Haven't seen anyone post this yet but yeah.
"So, Mimi isn’t a ghost. It’s Alex communicating through the ripples of space, time, and alien quicksand. Admittedly, I was initially outraged when I realized the writers were having Alex communicate with Maria instead of Michael. I thought it was their final finger to all the Michael and Alex fans, but then I realized I was imbuing them with a level of clever that I haven’t witnessed in this season’s plot. At least, that’s what I’m telling myself, so I don’t challenge a Weeping Willow to an Agni Kai."

It's both and it's not a good thing.

As much as I love ‘I would kill for you’, it kinda really loses its impact if the person saying it is a villain who already kills at the slightest provocation
’I would refrain from killing for you, I would spare them all if you asked me’ is a very sexy alternative, and a much more powerful declaration of love coming from a character prone to violence
something about loving a character and wishing the narrative did too
