This isn't English class, I don't have to proofread my work if I don't want to. Did you really see me talking about Steb in red panties and me eating out Vi and think my rant was gonna be some serious philosophical shit? No. It's just a rant. Plain and simple.

I hate CaitVi in general. Don't expect me to like any CaitVi scenes. If it was Vi and Gert fucking like rabbits in a prison cell, I would be all for it, but Vi getting it on with a cop in a prison cell? Being on her knees on a hard floor? Seeking out sex as a coping mechanism which I'm supposed to be. . . Okay with? I wouldn't hate the sex scene if it wasn't for the dynamics CaitVi have and the writers thinking lowly of Vi and Zaunites in general.

Fuck cops. Fuck copaganda. Like Caitlyn if you want, but you can like her while acknowledge the propaganda the show portrays and how insufferable the dynamics people think are cute are actually horrible.

I like Jayce, but I won't hate on those who don't like him because I understand he is far from perfect. There're so many things I see from various Arcane fans that tick me off because of how they treat characters that are minorities, but CaitVi's/Caitlyn's stans are the worst of them

I'm curious if anyone else has any name ideas for them?

Kind of like how Scar is a Chirean, I came across a word I liked that could define Steb's amphibian nature.

What do we think about "Salientian"?

Pronounced like: "Sale-ee-en-shan" or "Say-lee-en-shan" (maybe?)

Nobody else has to like it or anything, you can just stick to "Vastayan" it's easier and broader, but just wanted to trademark it and see what the community thinks?

I’ve added the first chapter of the fic onto AO3 and am working on the second chapter!!! I still have the Spotify playlist for the fic up but it’s been changed to “Searching for a New Home” bc I changed the fic title (I’m still workshopping the name ngl).

I’m making a new Trolls fic called Different Path, Different Troll (I’m still workshopping the name).

The gist of it is:

Branch is worried about the safety of the village and sick of how he’s treated as an outcast. He doesn’t trust them to not lead a Bergen straight to Pop Village. Since his bunker won’t keep them safe permanently, he goes off to search for a new home that the bergens will not find. With an unexpected tag-along (Cooper), Branch encounters other trolls that he never knew existed. Some of these new trolls include a couple of well known bounty hunters.

Im still making the outline of the story, but I’m working on the first chapter. Hope I can get out the first chap in a week or so!! As per my last fic, I’ll have around 1,000 words per chap and my uploading schedule will be mostly random but at most I’ll have a chapter every 2-3 days.

Since I plan to add songs into my fic, I’ve created a Spotify playlist called “Different Path, Different Trolls” on my Spotify acc “Hookfang”. There you’ll see some songs that will potentially be added. It is not a definite list.

We've considered MelJay. We've considered JayVik and MelVik and SkyVik. Some of us even considered SkyMel, but have we truly considered. . .

SkyJay?

The two more awkward people of the group. Sky, who is not as confident as Mel and not as blunt as Viktor, trying to make a subtle move on Jayce. Jayce, oblivious yet more than happy to indulge whatever Sky wants which makes her flustered but happy. Sky, trying to figure out how to confess her feelings while Jayce is always so freely affectionate in casual seemingly only platonic ways.

(Sky references his behavior with Mel and Viktor as how he'd behave with friends. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem to realize that Jayce also likes them too. Boy's just got a big heart. She does too. They all do. Just a whole lot of love going round.)

Both of them dancing around each other's feelings, Sky because she isn't sure how to take it a step further without ruining everything and Jayce because he doesn't have a name for the warm feelings Sky's presence gives him until something happens and he's hit in the face so violently with the realization that he's in love.

Oh and their interactions afterwards with Jayce being super affectionate and Sky being overwhelmed by his love but smiling even as she feels like she's going to explode.
