Piper woke up, her limbs tired, her eyes itching, she didn’t remember how she got home, the last thing on her mind was studying in the library, a horrible migraine during a horrible day, thankfully, today was better, just her body sore.

The door opened, soft steps around the room, the curtain moving, a crack of sunlight entering the place.

“Morning babe, how was your sleep?”

Reyna was at the window, her hair loose, long, falling at her back, a towel around her neck, barefoot, she was brushing her hair.

“Let me.”

Piper sat on the bed, stretching her arms, holding the brush on the nightstand, brushing Reyna’s hair, kissing her neck, quickly, smiling at the blushing of her girlfriend.

“Are you fine?”

Annabeth entered the room, holding a tray, scramble eggs, waffles, a cup of chocolate and a glass with a flower on it, leaving the breakfast on the bed, she climbed on and kissed Piper, a chaste kiss on her lips, other kiss on her nose and one on Reyna’s cheek.

“Yep, better than yesterday,” answered Piper, putting the tray on her legs, cutting a bit of a waffle “but, how did I get here?”

“Leo found you knocked out on the library, we brought you home, made you take a bubble bath and put on pajamas.”

Piper smiled, feeling cozy, looking at her girlfriends.

“I love you, both of you.”

i’ve been thinking abt nico having like ????  a greek god name or something (bc using his regular name just sounds awkward to me kdsjjkfjkfd) and turns out, there’s a chthonic deity named angelos/angelia who was the daughter of zeus/hera that was raised by nymphs and was the spirit of messages, tidings, and proclamations….basically I was like Wait he could pull a helios/selene –> apollo/artemis / pan –> grover type deal where he inherits her role ig ???? like he’s already plays the role of an ambassador, he always brings information that is important to the heroes, etc.

the sad part is is that she pretty much only exists in one greek text…i kinda wanna write or at least make some notes abt these two; like them bonding and angelos/angelia passing over her role to him as she fades away, reminding him that she won’t be forgotten since she lives on thru him/his last name (the word ‘angel’ derives from the greek word for it i think ??)

"You're alone," said his step-mother, a wicked smile on her lips.

"They will come." But Nico wasn't sure.

He walked in, Hazel was in the living room, reading a book, Frank was at his side, sitting straight, in a different chair than Hazel, too nervous.

"Leo and Jason?"

"They will come."

Hazel sighed, patting at his side, where Nico sat, burying his fingers on his tights.

Being in a polyamory relationship was hard, especially when his family mocked him about that, even Hazel, sweet and caring, looked at him weirdly.

"Nico, dad is expecting you, he's in his office."

Bianca was standing, avoiding his eyes, walking away when Nico passed at her side, his heart still aching.

"None of your boys came."

"They're late, Leo is working, soon he will get a patent, the youngest boy getting one."

Nico's voice was angry, the teasing in his father's tone infuriating him, the words dripping venom.

"And Jason, his father still spoiling him? at least Valdez has his own money"

"The scholarship of Jason isn't a gift"

Mr. di Angelo waved, standing from his desk, walking to the dining room, where the rest of the family was waiting.

Thanks to god, only his sisters, father, and step-mother were there, but he was expecting Jason and Leo, the family wouldn't be so mean in their presence.

He could fake an emergency, though, Leo burning something, Jason injured, an imaginary pet dying.

While he considered causing an accident, the doorbell rang, the heart of Nico pumping, he almost ran to open the door, Leo and Jason on the door.

"Sorry, babe, Superman got stuck at the laundry."

Nico hugged Leo, breathing deeply, kissing his jaw, barely crying, feeling safe with his boys.

"Hi, Neeks, I'm really sorry."

Jason was holding a bouquet, a shy smile, bitting the little scar on his face, reaching Nico's hand, interweaving their fingers, kissing them.

"At least you're here."
