I think all the bishops' cults are kind of in shambles for various reasons (leshy keeps killing followers because 'it's funny', heket is always being stretched too thin, shamura is bedbound) but the pestilence cult can be run into the ground and still retain their faith because of the HUGE anchordeep polycule I refuse to believe isn't canon.
