✧ fun things to do "for the plot"

I know the term “do it for the plot” is so 2024.  Though on another note it’s kinda sweet when you take it for what it is: A fun and cute little saying.

A few ideas on how you can spice up your life a little without going super crazy and maybe even training yourself to a little bit of more confidence.

(if you’re an introvert, socially awkward or just shy in general - dw, the bold points are those with no direct interaction with other people)

walk into the shower with full clothing

go up to a stranger and play rock, paper scissors

run, walk or bike a mile or two

ask someone for directions and walk the opposite way

try to solve an unsolved case

run after a bus and keep running once it stops

compliment someone on the street

go to a store and yell “marco” and see how many people respond with “polo”

go to mcdonalds and order one happy meal with extra happy  → (honestly love that idea - will definitely try that)

take a glass of water/ a mug of tea or coffee from your home and drink it in public 

put cute post it’s/ affirmations on people’s windshields

wink at random people you make eye contact with

go to a drive through, ask them if they speak a certain language and then proceed your order in your native language/ the countries language

go to a bookstore and read the last two pages of a random book

dance/run/lay in the rain

go up to someone and ask them if you can ask a question and if they say yes just say thanks and walk away
