Friendly Reminder for Muslims (and also for myself)

If there’s a Muslim corrects you about a bid'ah (innovation) you have done, and you keep giving them excuses logically ; then the first thing you MUST to do is question your heart that you are following your logic & desire — OR — youre following the Deen.

Remember, the religion you are upon is NOT your religion. It’s Allāh’s religion. So follow His & His Messenger’s rules. DO NOT mix your cultures (when it contradicts with Islam) with religion because cultures WILL NOT help you in akhirah.

May Allāh protect all of us. Aameen. ♡

Find people who want to accept your shortcomings as they are, reprimand you if you make a mistake, are willing to support your dreams, who are always available for you whatever happens, which will not laugh at your weaknesses, who love you sincerely.

3 Levels of Taqwa

Taqwa has 3 levels :

Protecting the heart and limbs from sins and all forbidden matters ⇨ gives the servant his life.

Protecting the heart and limbs from disliked matters (makrooh) ⇨ gives the servant health and strength.

Protecting oneself from the curiosity (fudool) and what does not concern him ⇨ enables the servant to gain happiness, contentment, and light.

Muhammad b. Al-Hanafīyah:

Whoever has self respect does not give any value to the worldly life (dunyā).

Life has taught me that you cannot control someone’s loyalty. No matter how good you are to them, doesn’t mean they will treat you the same. No matter how much they mean to you, does NOT mean that they will value you the same. Sometimes the people you love the most, turn out to be the people you can trust the least.

If a heart becomes attached to anything other than Allāh, Allāh will make him dependant on what he is attached to and he will eventually be betrayed by it. The more you care, the more you’ll feel.

Out of curiosity, he takes a peek. Out of modesty, she looks away. Two in love but cannot say. She has been saving herself for the one and only. And in her eyes he can see innocence and purity. Out of this, his desire grows, the fire in him almost shows. He keeps his distance, stays far away,
He wouldn’t want what is bad for the one who took his breath away. Late at night the door bell rings,
Her heart beats loud and her soul sings. 
The talking below, she hears.
So clear in her mother’s eyes.
She can see a tear. He has finally come to take her away.
He will protect her and treat her well like a real man should.
She would try to love him, please him,
And care for him as best as she could. This is love and how it should be.
How Allah intended it to be.
Love is love and it shouldn’t change. But everyday its meaning seems to fade away. Love is sweet and should have an innocent start.
And later on, it will pour endlessly from your heart.
Guard your heart, love, body, and soul.
And In Shaa Allah release them only to the one,
Whose name is written in the sky,

    A lot of people ask me what my favorite fonts are, so I decided to compile it in a masterpost. It was very hard to narrow it down to 25 fonts considering that I hoard fonts like I hoard albums but these are what I consider essential!  They might not be studyblr classics, but I use them a lot.

001. Sans Serif: aka body fonts 

montserrat // i use this religiously (also in this banner ha)

code // fyi its capitalized and i use it a lot in banners

rockwell // the best printables font in existance (its default)

moon // this is perfect because its rounded but still looks uniform

abril fatface // im sorry y’all but ill never love didot as much as i love abril.

pier sans // like an alternate montserrat but cuter

002. Title Fonts: gimme more

bebas neue // the classic title font useful for everything.

sullivan // variations are so !! studyblr !!

frontage // the outline  one is free but still so nice aa

003. Scripts that I actually use

mayton // the best brush font

shorelines // the go-to cursive font

nickainely // i prefer nickainely  just because its more consistant

lemon tuesday // i love this font with a passion
