(in honor of Freddie’s birthday)
Roger selling Freddie’s jacket and Freddie running after the guy, ripping the jacket off him and giving him his money back
John and Roger sitting silently in front of a camera waiting for the other to talk before bursting out laughing
“John…is wearing a horse…”
Roger: *singing/playing* Freddie: come on blondie!
*singing* Freddie and Roger: got a girl, named Daisy Roger: she almost drives me crazy Freddie: she f***s me really crazy Roger and Brian: 🙄😅 Freddie: 😁
“Do you like my claws? They’re real diamonds! They’re a present from the devil himself. You don’t believe me, *turns around to Roger* THEY DON’T BELIEVE ME hehehehe 😈”
Roger trying to bleach his hair and somehow ending up green (HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN)
As mentioned in a recent previous post, Roger, in drag, pretending to have an affair with the IWTBF video director
Freddie, aggressively waving his legs in the air while someone is trying to remove his tights: TAKE THEM OFF!!
John letting an actual gun be pointed down his pants
Roger locking himself in the tape closet in solidarity with I’m In Love With My Car
Nobody: Roger: I took a girl there once and she got her breasts out in the…in the middle of the meal. […] yeah right in the middle of the restaurant in the middle of the meal—sorry that’s just a little aside there—
“Your dreams: wet”
Freddie straight-up not recognizing his own boyfriend in a suit
Freddie Roger
Also just think of Brian and Freddie - the two who write the songs and both of whom have a healthy ego - putting John and Roger at the centre of this collage. Even if it is a doll of Roger.
besties 👭
actually for xmas but i just cant wait, dont tell my friends i post it here (what
Lucky Lady (ladies)!!!
Outtake from Dead on Time (take 27(!!)). Brian messed up his lightning speed guitar intro...
Brian: Bollocks!
Roger: [...] can't even remember your own song!
Brian: Bollocks!
A gem and confirmed to make me appreciate Dead on Time a lil bit more. Thanks to the taper, Bob for sharing, Miles for remastering.
Edit: to counterbalance this mess up here is Brian talking more about it very recently:
On Nov 27th 1973 Queen performed in
Birmingham, UK, Town Hall during the Queen I Tour. Queen were support act for Mott The Hoople.
Here you see 3 original photos from the era and music paper adds to promote tour with Mott. All from Queen Rare Archive on Facebook.
Took these screenshots from the last seconds of the video, but in motion it's even worse. I was worried about the animated photos -that still look bad- but I wasn't prepared for this.
I'm glad any person with functioning eyeballs is currently trying to pop them out of their sockets and slamming Queen Productions in the comments of everything, this is HIDEOUS.
"In these days of Artificial Intelligence beginning to invade our whole lives, these mechanical guys personify Robotic Insurgence. In our still-developing current show, Back to Humans - is the soundtrack to us as humans reclaiming our control." - Brian May
I'm done.
1. Could've paid actual artists instead of a dude with a keyboard (artist specialised in AI my big ass, this sucks even for being AI), Beatles have been making beautiful animated videos for years and got lots of praise.
2. Could've done like the A Kind of Magic video and gather fanarts from fans literally for free and it would've looked gorgeous.
Btw for sure we'll get a video for Mad the Swine as well. Don't let them do this again, Queen music deserves better.
Happy birthday dear Freddie 💖
