During a fast, how do you deal with that feeling that your literally going to pass out?
Do u ever sit back and realize ur not anybody’s favorite person, ur just kinda there and then you get the sudden urge to distance urself from everyone and chill alone

i don’t usually do recipes but this is SO good, filling and low in calories! (107cal for the WHOLE meal).
it is korean style BBQ chicken with rice!
Ingredients:
cauliflower rice (80g - 47cal)
chicken style pieces - quorn (50g - 44cal)
Korean BBQ cooking sauce (15g - 13cal)
OPTIONAL:
cooked green onion (5g - 3cal)
it gives it an extra something and tastes amazing!
i know some people have very strict eating rituals… and my eating disorder prevents me from eating anything over 100cals, meals included..
it’s 7cals over my limit, but it is so nutritious and amazing that it doesn’t make me too nervous to eat it!
i hope everyone can have a lovely meal without feeling too bad about eating it 💗
