Me and my duo between matches

the craziest thing about being transmasc or a trans man is that people LOVE to say youβre gonna look ugly, gonna turn ugly etc. and personally for a while i bought into this nonsense. but one day i decided fuck it, decided to transition and you know what happened? i still retained the most handsome parts of the person i was before. but i looked happier. i looked more beautiful, more handsome, prettier, stylish, hot. because i finally looked like me & so much happier and confident. anyway, this is just to say - go transition dude, if youβre hesitating. you will only look even more handsome & beautiful, fuck their propaganda.

do you actually care about trans men or do you relegate male pregnancy to the status of "gross but funny fanfiction trope" at best and "literal body horror" at worst? do you actually care about trans men or have you accepted without question the ideas that bottom growth is a borderline-torturously painful process and phalloplasty is a dangerous surgery with objectively unsatisfactory results because they confirm your implicit assumptions about the violence and horror of masculinization? do you actually care about trans men or do you think testosterone being a controlled substance is fair because you prioritize fairness in sports more highly than transmasculine lives? do you actually care about trans men or do you distance yourself from us as we transition and make half-joking comments about us being traitors because you view transmasculinity as a shift from ally to enemy? do you actually care about trans men or do you get mad at us when we read transmasculine experiences into female characters because you see it as an act of theft and believe transmasculinity is inherently less valuable than womanhood? do you actually care about trans men or is your first thought when you see a transition timeline about how pretty the "before" picture is? do you actually care about trans men or does your interest in our lives begin and end with how badly you want a boypussy to fuck?
do we exist to you as real people or only in theory? do you read the stories we tell, listen to the music we make? how many of us can you name? when we speak, do you listen? would you fight for us? do you trust us to know ourselves best? are you our friend? do you mourn us when we're gone? do you care for us while we're still here?
Getting myself worked up about transandrophobia again so here's this for everyone.
I love you trans men and trans mascs, there are many who do.
Many other trans men, many other trans mascs, many trans women, many trans femmes, many trans neutral people, many multigender people, many cis women, many cis men, many xenogender people, many many people.
The world IS better with you in it. You DO deserve to live. You're RIGHT to find jokes about hurting or killing people like you to be harmful and transphobic. You DON'T have to self depreciate and white knight for trans femmes. You ARE a good person. You have immense value. Your masculinity is beautiful.
Stay alive, stick around, ignore the chronically online and hateful you are so much better than them.
I love you, the world loves you even though it doesn't seem like it, your gender is beautiful.
Idk maybe that's why
trans men are awesome because you know that opening in boxers where cis men pull their dick out? yeah itβs also perfect for sticking my hand into and playing with their tcock until they canβt breathe
Imagining these two making out after acrobatics practice
before i get busy with the comms, here are some drawings i made of spiderfist that were really liked on twt!!<3
there is a judge in Seattle who does the weekly name change hearings, and who says it's her favorite part of the week. she says she doesn't read out previous names, or ask about the reasons why people want to change them. she says it's a beautiful moment, and a celebration; a claiming of a new identity, or a reclamation of an old identity. she encourages the room to clap for folks. then she welcomes everyone up, one by one, by last name and with warmth; she shows them the court order where nobody else can see, asks them to double check the spelling, and then they're done! do they want a picture? do they want their friends and loved ones who came with them to be in it too? do they want the court order in the photo? she helps everyone pose, shakes hands and stands with them for as long as they need to take it, recruits the clerk for help taking photos of the folks who came alone. then she tells them where to go next, congratulates them, and claps along with the rest of the room.
probably three quarters of the people there were trans, and she centered their experience quietly, with love and joy.
I think I'll be thinking about her a lot this January, and for a long time after. it's good to know she's there.
A brief lesson on why relying on generative AI for sex ed is harmful:
Okay Google, what the fuck is this?
This is so concerning... The Google Gemini AI overview is clearly so confused by the existence of trans men.
I'm not sure if it's better or worse that Gemini isn't even trying to answer the same question, but rephrased.
The phrasing "some straight women may be looking for something they don't have" rubs me the wrong way. Also, separating queer women from women in general is upsetting.
I'm conflicted on whether or not we should help Google with training Gemini, but considering how many people rely on Google for information, I've come to the conclusion that--for now--it is worth it to always hit the "thumbs down" icon underneath the generations that turn up poorly and describe in detail what's wrong with the result. π
After all, when we tell people not to ask offensive questions to transgender people, the usual advice is "Go Google it!"
As distrustful as I am of Gemini's results, most people that I've met are more than willing to accept its responses at face value. At the very least, the average user seems to accept it for a quick and easy surface level response.
The HRC and PFLAG have much better resources on LGBTQIA+ identity and how to support your loved ones.
