It’s a little more clear in this drawing, but it’s something I use for storyboarding. The stuff in the foreground is darker and it gets lighter the further you go back to simulate depth. It works the same when you actually use color, as well, but I do greyscale for a lot of my sketches and it helps set everything apart more clearly, for me.

I like to imagine, for the goofs, that Breadyboy’s coat is actually one of Mud’s, Ken just gave it to him because mf wasn’t there so - it had to get trimmed cause Breadhead kept tripping on it

The falling didn’t entirely stop as his head grew faster than his body..big ass head..

Also- tbh little idea..Mel’s face isn’t actually painted. The air and radiation in the Gaslight District is just so bad her face turned green (as her face was exposed at a young age)

Another Hc - Breadhead was originally made to be a constant supply of bread, muscle for the group, and a protector for Mel..

But ofc Ken is the ultimate folder and Bready became his son.

I think about this photo in the butcher shop a lot.

Talked about the concept with some buddies on discord (hi if they also have tumblr), obviously Mel ends up fine, either by Ken putting a stop to it, or it’s just staged to look very silly, but imagine, if you will, what would happen if this scenario ended very, very poorly.
