It is the seat of the heir, the Prince/Princess of DRAGONSTONE. Dragonstone is her seat, where she rules. Until she becomes Queen where the seat will pass on to her hair and the next after that. As Prince of Dragonstone Rhaegar along with his family lived on Dragonstone.

She ruled on Dragonstone. After being heir and cupbearer before her marriage for years. And no she wasn't simply sitting on her ass and having sex and fun and vacationing as some of you put it. She had duties to be done, holding courts, hosting guests and visitors. It wasn't just some small island with no island either, it was an overlord to, House Velaryon, House Celtigar, House Bar Emmon, and House Sunglass(what a name). And she had to host those who were guests coming to pay respects and hear their problems and what not. And none of these mean that she was simply gone from Kingslanding either, it takes an hour? on dragon back to get there. We do know she was there present in some ways, the rivalry between her sons and Alicent's, her and Maester Gerardys coming to heal Viserys.

Girl where? We know nothing of him from ages 6-12?. Afterwards, all we know of this time is he was fondling maids, fucking servantmaids and whore, getting drunk and spending his time in the streets of silk and that he was having bastards even after being married to a princess and having children. They literally found him in a brothel with a whore, while bringing him news of his father's death.

Team green fans can be such hypocrites at times. Like shaming Rhaenyra for not physically fighting on dragonback, when she is in such pain and grief. But Helaena gets a free pass because her son was killed. And she's depressed and going through grief and mourning.

While that is exactly the emotion and pain Rhaenyra is going through (even more). Rhaenyra lost her father. Rhaenyra lost her birthright/throne/crown. Rhaenyra lost her son, Luke. Rhaenyra lost her daughter. That too in a stillbirth, which takes months to heal. Even if we put aside the grief and death and loss, there is still physical trauma, and pain. In such a condition she is supposed to be in bed resting.

But still what's the point of having a dragon if you're not putting it any use.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Book!Alicent: knows what she wants, gladly marries the king at 18 and becomes queen-consort, actively desires power and Aegon on the throne and Viserys knows it, openly hates Rhaenyra and doesn't try to like her (Rhaenyra is nine btw), thought of by many as someone reaching far too high above her station

The thing that I love most about Rhaenyra is how she embraces her feminity, about how she loves being a woman. How Rhaenyra appreciates and celebrates her femininity. How she wants to have children, and how she loves being a mother. How she loves romance. How she loves love. How she loves loving and being loved. How she likes being a pretty princess. How she likes being pampered.

There’s this weird tendency among fandom types where they’ll take a character, and insist that they are fans of them, before changing their design, age, pronouns, backstory, blood type, species, hometown, favorite color, zodiac sign, medical history, and every other facet of their being.

They will then violently insist that this version is superior to the canon one and act like they “fixed” them and it’s like. Buddy that’s not the same character anymore. That’s just your own oc commiting identity fraud. Like. I get the desire to experiment with different interpretations of a story. But first of all it’s okay to just make an original character if that’s what you really want to do. And second of all, are you even really a fan of the character you “fixed” if they’re a completely different person afterwards?

Like. Idk dude for somebody who claims to be a fan you sure don’t seem to like them as they are :/
