tbh i feel like dexter as a character seemed like the one least likely to be the last dead man standing - skulduggery doesn't count because he's already dead - and idk it's just like. he never really got a lot of importance in the series and landy sidelined him a lot

idk i think if i hadn't read the series and was guessing who'd be the last one to die i'd say ghastly or maybe ravel? but not dexter
