I can't be the only person that watched the idol thinking it seemed very much like cult indoctrination right???
From the first 2 episodes alone, it feels like the protagonist is being punished and for what? It really feels like it is about a weak woman that is 'saved' by a man that knows the show industry better than her. He quite literally sent Diane to be her friend and set up the circumstances for he and the mc to meet. Like...ughhhhh
I have never hate watched something so boring in my life. It has potential, it is visibly great but omg.. its being thrown away to focus the the weeknd and his lame character.
This season finale left so much shit hanging.
Like I have more questions than I have answers.
Me: damn...Nate was really abused. I am so glad that they did not drop this plot element from season 1 because I almost forgot about it. He really needs therapy, he might repeat his dad's cycle if he doesn't get help. Man, he needs a hug.
Also me: lol he got exposed

Everyone in chapter 320 was being so serious and Denki comes out outta pocket like:
I love this boy so much 😭🖐🏾
Mikey...
Bro...
Go to therapy 🧍🏽
He really said ' instead of seeking help and and getting better by being emotionally vulnerable healthy like takemichi imma hide my emotions in a mask of numbness and kill people'
I love you but damn bro🧍
America has a weird relationship with cults where they’re terrified of small cults (or organizations they think are cults) but completely normalized massive cults that hurt many more people (eg: LDS Church, Jehovah’s Witnesses, the Amish, Scientology, most Megachurches)
So there is something I have been thinking about for a while...IK a lot of people think that at the end of the manga Takemichi is gonna die and Mikey will be able to live life in the future but honestly I doubt that will be the case.
We know that Mikey envisioned his future with Draken and Emma, laughing . This boy values his friends and family above all else and it's part of the reason why the Boten future happens, he walks the dark road to ensure that the people he care about can live a happy life.
If Takemichi were to die for Mikey then I honestly think that nothing in the future would change. Mikey has at this point in the manga lost most of the people he care about. His older brothers, his sister, Baji and now his best friend. The alternative futures were caused, in part, because Mikey was alone without his family to support him and was hence susceptible to his dark impulses.
Mikey sees his older brother is Takemichi (I don't remember the chapter number but uk what I mean) so while I want Mikey to have a future where he can be happy and at peace at this stage in the manga and with what we know so far I don't think he is going to.
NO CAUSE THEY HAD THE BEST ENTRANCE
you cannot tell me that house velaryon is not the baddest, the drippiest of the most drip family unit in westeros. their entrance had grace and fucking RHYTHM, see what happens when you season the mead…
So we not gonna address the fact that Vi and Catlyin unintentionally escalated the situation at the table ?👀
Jinx started it yes but in that moment the unintentionally made things worst. And that's what I love about this show because not even the people with the purest intentions like them are without flaw. True, they did not know that Jinx was suffering from hallucinations but still.
They/Them| 19 | 🏳️🌈| Suffering with the human experience as a thinking and feeling being| I really like writing.✍
