What is Jon/Elias week?

It’s a week long prompt event. Each day there will be two different prompts you can choose from. You can create art, fic, playlists, moodboards, or any other content you'd like. You can participate in all the days or just one.

How do the prompts work?

One prompt is a vague concept you can use for inspiration, the other is an Alternate Universe. You can use both or either or.

Yes, we’re allowing NSFW. All we ask as mods is for writers and artist to properly tag their works. We will reblog the works and they will be properly tagged. For any minors who feel uncomfortable you will be able to filter the NSFW tag.

Do I have to do the whole week?

No, you are free to skip days and post late! Just tag the works and follow the prompts and we’ll reblog it.

What if I post after the week is done?

You can post late, we’ll continue to reblog the works after the week has ended just make sure to follow the prompts.

What if I’m a minor or don’t feel comfortable with NSFW material?

We will properly tag all the NSFW material that's submitted so minors will be able to filter works with that tag.

Do I have to follow the prompt?

My old school once covered up a serious hazing incident and (unrelatedly) still wont fire the history teacher that walks around slapping his hands with a metal base ball bat and once grabbed a girl by the back of her neck to make a metaphor about the British seizing american ports.

In 3rd grade I got this big award in front of the whole school for ‘most improved’ and I keep thinking about it b/c

It was named after a kid who died in a tractor accident and apparently had behavioral issues that were getting better? the school somehow decided the most tasteful way to honor his memory was with a ‘most improved’ award, and then to hand it out annually to elementary school students, who definitely wouldn’t be creeped out at all to receive something named after a kid who died tragically.

I only got it because I finally had a teacher who knew how to help with/ my learning disorders. And both of my siblings (with similar issues) went on to receive the exact same reward when they were also in Mrs. D’s class. Like, if problem children are repeatedly improving after switching to a new classroom environment, maybe they weren’t the problem in the first place. Maybe get these kids help sooner. (Man, I flipping loved Mrs. D)

The person on the stage had to call my name twice because I wasn’t paying attention. Someone had to tap me on the shoulder. I think I was reading.

It was a pretty weird situation. I still kept the plaque though.
