Questions about Carmela. Who from Mickey and Co. does she communicate/interact with? What does Carmela do (does she study/work?)?

she is friends with Oswald! since she knows Oswald she also has barely met Mickey lol and as for work, she is barely getting out of training to be a mechanic! besides that she doesn't know much people besides anyone's toons who would like to be friends with her!
