i noticed you dont draw your bill floating like canon bill would, is it because he doesnt have powers anymore or there's another explanation?

This is funny because he has his powers, the thing is he doesn't use them, the reason?, he doesn't want to hurt Ford, and he gets use to walk, he only use them to help Ford in his crimes
