The channel is NOTHING but those clips from that one Hitler movie that keep being re-use over and over again AND THEY USE MY ANIMATIC FOR SOLANGELO AS ONE OF THE VIDEO. NOT EVEN ASKING MY PERMISSION OR CREDITING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, if you'd like to see it again, I posted it on my X account, with the link above. I've been a little quest to gain enough attention to it in an attempt to get the original movie released for us to see. Now that I know they pretty much made the original version and two scenes proved it would've been enjoyed, I just want what many deserved and felt like a Disney celebration.

Its like the animated version of "Release The Snyder Cut". Hell, we've gotten a lot of things come to light I'd never thought I'd see, including the Popeye animated movie, so why can't we get the original WISH too? If there's a way more scenes can get posted too, that'd be great! I'd love to get ball rolling, so reblog and comment as much as you want!

You want to stop watching the show because Klance is not canon ?! Because Axca could have a crush for keith ?! Because a character you liked without really knowing him is dead?!?!

I understand that you can be disappointed but if on 13 epic episodes you remember only the elements mentioned above and that you go away because of that....

First, it's not you who decide the rest of the events of the show and then ... well ... GO AWAY !!! It will be good for everyone and Voltron deserves better as fans than aggressive idiots who are never happy of what they are given and whose only purpose is to see their ship become canon.

I'm sorry if I hurt more than one but some people should really question themselves (I'm talking to you) ... are you really REAL fans, I do not have the impression and if you want to leave like me, do it, but grow up and stop driving like spoiled rotten kids!

Dreamworks has brought you a great science fiction serie, BEAUTIFUL in the form, with endearing and intricate characters, epic battles, moving and funny moments, an eventful storyline and even a confirmed Lgbt couple for everyone to relate to... ( on 7 important characters ( paladins, coran and allura) one is canonically gay which is more than 14% of the group: it is perfectly realistic, not worth to imagine that all the characters are gay it would not have neither sense nor logic )...

..... and you are not happy, WORST you only see the evil and criticize it constantly.

Voltron owes you nothing and you are just ungrateful and aggressive towards the serie, the doublers, the staff and dreamworks that made you dream ...

hope this tutorial helps, anon!! a lot of this is a result of experimentation and seeing what looks best based on your picture. what i’m essentially doing is relying on the overall “mood” bg colour tie everything together cohesively by putting the local colours over it on the “soft light” filter. the other changes i do, such as the blue light on him and the flavour elements are all based around making it more cohesive, e.g. the glow from the pool is all over the background AND the subject, instead of just the pool, pulling them together, if that makes sense! 

of course this also relies on having some sense of what a realistic version of your scene would look like - for this comic i looked up “pool scenes night” on google to gather references i could take the colours from, and looked up lighting references for the way light would hit a face if coming from the bottom, stuff like that.

the other example is from a commission i did: 

in this case, the lighting situation has a lot more light, and isn’t as atypical as pool-at-night lighting. so it was easier to rely on my usual method of colour layering, i.e.

local colour on multiply (as opposed to soft light) 

monochrome shading on normal

again, experiment experiment experiment! hope this helps! 

I love kido but I hope others will also have their importance ! I wish there was a little formal romance because at the moment , we only have tracks on the shinxAya (even if it is almost sure) , the HaruxTaka ( Pretty sure too) but the kanoxKido there are only guesses and I will like us to be attached AT LEAST these 3 stories. I look forward to the film and so we see every new designs !!!

Okay so, I have a theory on what the movie’s going to be about. And it’s going to be very Shintaro and Kido focused. They’ve been the main focus of all the advertisements for it, so that would make sense. 

Okay, so looking at the most recent trailer… We have this scene with Shintaro.

It starts with his eyes red, and his power active… And then as they go back to their normal color, he looks so… panicked. Obviously because of his power; he was seeing a past timeline at this point. 

Back to Kido… It would make sense that she would be centric to the film, especially with my theory. She just got a novel, right? Everyone’s fucking hyped about her. 

We learned more about Kido’s power in the novel. How she can use her power to block out memories and shit. 

So, my theory?

The ‘new character’ from a while back is Kuroha. Who will show up in flashbacks to past timelines. 

Kido ends up using her power to help Shintaro with his, so that he can hopefully forget some of those timelines. 

Give me the Kido + Shintaro friendship, plz.
