I think the next sam and max thing to come to the franchise should be an adult cartoon. One in which everything is the exact same except max is let out of the box when it comes to violence and sam just happens to say cuss words mixed in with his usual expletives 

Sam and Max are so gay for each other, they're so in love. They probably kissed each other, most definitely, I would not doubt it. They're literally husbands, so romantic.
