I think the fact that Melami actually understands Vivia’s view of the world (especially regarding life and death) is pretty cool, given that the two share Fortes relating to the dead. I find it amazing how Kodaka developed their relationship throughout the course of Rain Code, so props to him for that.
There’s also the little teases she often gave him for his unique sense of clothing, as well. God their friendship was so great.
As always, I’ll continue sharing more Rain Code memes as I make them. I’m considering on also sharing drawings in the future, though of course I’d have to start drawing again for that to happen.
I decided to do the “draw your comfort characters as the Steven Universe meme” art trend originally from Twitter, featuring Melami Goldmine from Master Detective Archives: Rain Code and Kirumi Tojo from Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony.
I think I’m the only one who’s done this specific combination of comfort characters. Melami is obviously my current fave, as many have seen on my Rain Code posts, but I also really like Kirumi from V3. She’s among my favorite Danganronpa characters across the entire franchise.
The dialogue was changed because I felt like this would fit Melami’s character slightly more; She’s not into violence, so I can see her possibly leaving the dirty work to someone else. Though to be fair, I don’t really see her getting others to kill for her in the first place? Idk tho 😅😂
Also, this is my first digital drawing shared on Tumblr, so there’s that! Yippee! 😄👍

Hello,
I am Maysa Al-Dahdouh from Gaza. My family and I face death, hunger, and diseases daily. We are a Palestinian family in need of help from anyone with a living conscience, a compassionate heart, and an understanding of humanity.
I am reaching out to you today, standing firm against incredible challenges. Life in our area has become increasingly difficult due to the ongoing and escalating conflict, and I struggle to secure the basic necessities for myself and my family.
I am married to Hussam Al-Dahdouh, and I am 38 years old. I have five children: Jamal, 16 years old; Muhammad, 14 years old, who suffers from a chronic illness known as Mediterranean fever and must take lifelong medication; Layan, 10 years old; Amir, 8 years old;
and Zina, 4 years old.
We have faced death dozens of times. Our home was completely damaged and burned down, making it uninhabitable. We have been displaced more than 20 times and have miraculously survived certain death. We have lost over 100 relatives, neighbors, and loved ones. The area I live in is subjected to rockets, shelling, and gunfire every day. We struggle to find healthy food, clean drinking water, and medication for my son Muhammad. My children can no longer return to school.
Therefore, my family and I have decided to leave Gaza to protect our children from death, hunger, and diseases due to the war, lack of food and medicine, water pollution, and
the destruction of educational facilities.
How you can help us
• By making a financial donation, even if it's small.
• By sharing our story on social media.
• By offering words of support and encouragement.
• Our departure from Gaza and seeking refuge in a country that respects human rights, such as Canada, Belgium, or Sweden. The cost of leaving is high, as each family member needs $5,000 to leave. Since we will be starting our lives anew outside Gaza, we will also need housing, appliances, cooking utensils, education expenses, medication, and health and psychological rehabilitation.
No donation is too small; every contribution brings us one step closer to relief and a better future. Even if you cannot contribute financially, sharing this campaign with your generous network can make a significant difference.
Thank you
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for your kind generosity. You can help us overcome these difficult times.
Hello everyone, I am Ahlam, 21 years old. My life before the war was simple, filled with ordinary dreams like any young woman my age. I envisioned a future full of the ability to help others. I lived with my family in a warm house full of love and security, thinking about how I could achieve my dreams and become an impactful person in society.
But suddenly, everything changed. The war swept through our city like a relentless storm. In a single night, my home became just a memory, and the city I once knew crumbled before my eyes. The sound of planes and shells became the only thing people could hear. We tried to find shelter, a safe place to hide our dreams and lives, but the war followed us wherever we went.
We were forced to leave everything behind—the house, the memories, and even the university. We became displaced, homeless, with no destination, just trying to survive. I walked with my family through unfamiliar roads, searching for a place to take us in, trying to escape danger, running from one explosion to the next, from one ruin to another.
The war didn't just destroy our city and homes, it destroyed our dreams. My dream of completing my studies became far out of reach, and every day, I feel hope slipping further away. But despite all this, something inside me refuses to give up. There is a desire to escape this reality and build a new life, a life worth living. I dream of continuing my education, I dream of standing on my own feet again and achieving the goal I was once striving for: to help others who have lived through the pain of war like me.
I ask for your help, humbly. I can't get out of these circumstances on my own. The donations you gather will help me travel to a safe place where I can continue my studies and start a new life away from war and fear. The amount I'm asking for is the key to a new life, to the dream of becoming strong again and one day helping my family and community.
Help me rebuild my life and become the person I dreamed of being. Every donation, no matter how small, is a step towards safety, a step towards a better future.
Thank you for reading my words. Many thanks and respect to you
